I liked the location, the room, the city and especially monsieur Denis wich was very friendly, helpfull with the things we could visit in and around Cannes and he was glad to have us as guests Probably the only thing I didn't like about it was that there were no supports in the bathroom. No support for toothbrushes and soap / showergel - shampoo

The personnel were very friendly and did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel is clean, well equipped (wifi in room, air- con, coffee making facilities) and the room size is perfectly adequate. It is close to the centre of Cannes & the beaches and the area is generally quiet with little traffic. Next time I will ask for a room that isn't at the front. Although there is little traffic the occasional moped rider can be disturbing if you leave the window open.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area about 15 minutes walk to the center. It is a family runned hotel and the owner was kind and helpful at all times. As soon as we got to the hotel he gave us information about the city and we really felt like home. The facility has also a private parking place which is definetly a plus if you wanna stay in Cannes. We drove to so many locations including Nice, St. Tropez, Monaco. Simply Cannes by itself is a very good location to see all these cities around. Again we would like to thank to all Esperanto staff. I would definetly recommend this hotel. Only thing missing about the hotel was the elevator on the other hand since we used it only one time in a day and it is a 3 story building indeed it wasn't a big problem for us.

Very good service. Manager takes good care of you and gives a lot of information about places to visit. It's like visiting an old friend, you feel very welcome. Rooms are cleaned every day. Air conditioning was already on when we arrived and was very silent. Breakfast was simple but good and not expensive. You've got you're own parking space at the back of the hotel behind a fence.

Room, location and parking are excellent value for money, but the pearl of this hotel is the hospitality performed by hotelier Denis. He is the person that makes every guest feel special.

Very nice and helpful host, excellent rooms with every comfort you want, good value for money. The only disadvantage is the slight walk into the city centre, although we found it worth it

Décoration simple mais de bon gout. Accueil très chaleureux. Une étape simple et peu chère dans notre itinéraire de voyage vers l'Italie. Peut-être la taille de la chambre un peu "juste". La salle de petit déjeuner est bcp moins jolie que le reste ...
