Very boutique feel to the hotel. Staff excellent. In a good location. Room clean but a little shabby. Carpet stained, wallpaper marked. Breakfast very basic, not much choice. |

The staff was very friendly and skilled. The location of the hotel quite good for this price. The room was cleaned very well (compliments to housekeeping staff), though unhygienic due to old furnishing. The paint was coming off the wall, shower curtain used to be white (now coloured light brown), and when showering the entire bath- and bedroom would get wet for example. Also there have been a number of leakages according to the brown spots in the ceilings throughout the hotel. |

The room and bathroom both were quite spacious, and very clean, and quite cosy. Easy to find, either on foot or by tram from train station. A nearby tram gives the hotel a good location, 2 stops to reach the centre of the city. Reception open the round the clock. A heater in the room. Unclean and old-looking corridors and staircase, thin room doors (however this didn't cause problems with noise). Bathroom without shower curtain so water on the floor for those who take the shower not the first ones. No kettle in the room. Slightly uncomfortable matraces. |

Position, near the observatory. Good value for the money. Room was clean and reasonably comfortable. There is free wireless internet connection. The breakfast is not sufficient and expensive. If you book with booking.com, it costs 6 euros. There is bad juice, croissants, tea/coffee/milk, and an extremely small selection of butter, jam and cereals. That's it. Very disappointing. |

Nothing, the hotel was a mess. Have never seen anything like it before. Rooms were a danger to your health. Cables sticking out of the walls, bathrooms were discusting, bed was old and pitted in the middle, the sound of everybody else flushing there toilets. Parking for 5 cars in a 50 bedroom hotel. |

Nothing I did like in this hotel. It does not worth being a hotel, maybe motel or so. The hotel pictures was made for only two rooms. The real room I got was really bad and it does not worth a dime. I had to stay one night because I arrived late. I got some pictures of the room and hallway. |

Bed and bathroom are good, as is the location. Very friendly staff. Breakfast ok. Our room was smelly. Hallways and room are a bit run-down. One night, all towels had disappeared. No problem to get new ones with the night staff, but still.. |

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The facilities in the room were very basic and the onsuite was bad. The taps leaked on the sink and the shower flooded the floor when used. The toilet was under the sink almost. The hotel was in need of modernising, something I believe is happening due to new owners. I choose this hotel because it was cheap and suited our purpose on this visit to Strasbourg. |
