Location,staff are very helpful.easily accessible for transportation both bus and metro.Reasonable price for the 3 stars hotel. The bathroom has no shower curtains.nylon undersheets are not comfortable.breakfast must have some varieties of fresh fruit. |

Everything was very nice. The rooms were clean, we had a room as we requested in the reservation, we asked for a large double bed, not two single beds, and that was what we got, even if it was in a triple room. The room had a desk, the bathroom was perfectly clean, with clean towels, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, everything by the book for the category. The room was very well heated, located at the fifth floor, toward the interior yard, not toward the street and that was good because of the noise from the street., I would say that there was something I did not like, but that is becuase I am sensitive to cold. i would preferred to have a small rug in the bathroom or something that you can put your feet on when washing in the morning or after getting out of the bathtub. But this is not something that bad. |

I liked the price and the location was perfect. It was a 20 minute walk to anything worth seeing and it even had its own cross walk right outside on the street. There was no shower curtain and I had to hold the shower-head when taking a shower because there was no hook to attack the shower-head to. |

Close proximity to Gare de L'Est station. Three separate beds. Nice people at the reception desk. Bathtub without shower curtain. This is very normal for Europe, but it makes taking a shower/bath a little messy. |

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. As we arrived off the early morning eurostar, he allowed us to check in early (avoiding us having to carry our bags around for a few hours). We paid for a double room and ended up getting a triple room room at no extra cost. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the Eurostar station - very helpful for us at we were leaving early on a Monday morning. The room we stayed in stank of smoke. Unfortunately I think the curtains and wallpaper has absorbed this so an open window did not help much. We tried the breakfast once. The croissants were good however the coffee was not the best. |

The location was excellent, metro just few steps away, very safe and quite we got 2 single beds instead of one double but that was changed on the second night. the walls are very thin and you can easily hear anything going on in rooms next door |

- The location was very nice, not far from the centre of Paris and metro stations, in a pleasant neighbourhood. - The staff was friendly, and the hotel was 24 hours accessible. - When we entered the room, it smelled musty. - The badroom wasn't very clean. - The room was very noisy, both the other hotel guest and the street kept us awake. |

Found staff friendly and helpful. Good location for us near gare du nord having travelled by eurostar. Good location use as a base to get around the city. Though Gare du Nord is not the safest of places. No shower curtain in the bathroom resulting in a very wet and dangerous bathroom floor. |

The room was clean, with big comfortable double bed, our windows were out to the street but no noise was heard. Close to everything: metro, supermarket, city.. Of course some renovation would be needed, but otherwise you get what you pay for... The hotel has international guests and a lot of young people, but not that we were disturbed... If the hotel is for just staying over couple of nights - then it is a good choice.. |

nice clean room in a reasonable size. Also the bathroom had a good size. The location of the hotel is perfect. walking distances to Gare du nord, means good reachable from the airport. If you are up for a slightly longer walk you can also walk down to the river. no shower curtain, thin walls |

the Est hotel is well located on walking distance from the " gare d'est" ,Metro and city centre ; the staff is very, very helpful and very ,very friendly; our room was on the fourth floor ,very calm and clean; the bathroom was very clean too; good value for our money. |
