Location Friendly Staff swimming pool, small but useful price

Everything was mostly good except 1. our room had one very dirty wall, looked like cofeee was splashed on it 2. no wifi in room made it painful, had to lug laptop down to reception twice a day 3. phone in room could not make outside calls at all, very very annoying, could not use calling card to call back home to Australia

The position of the apartment was very good and the pool came in handy as the weather was awful and it was good to be able to do some eating in as costs for food out were expensive.

Decor in our apartment was scruffy with stains on ceiling and walls. We also had to ask for cutting board, whistle to kettle, bulb in lights and we did not have an iron or ironing board which I would have thought would have been in a self catered apartment. I also thought that the second bedroom having no external window (window into corridor) was very poor especially with price paid it also had no wardrobe for hanging as this had water tank in so my father had to use hanging space in kitchen.

La piscine privée, le personnel très aimable, la chambre spacieuse. Magnifique endroit.

Le mini bar qui est en fait un mini réfrigérateur mais c'est vraiment bénin.

La proximité

A cause de la description, je pensais avoir un appartement sinon la chambre d'hotel était bien.

Situation Centre Ville Tres Grand Confort

Bonne architecture normande à l'ancienne (mais erreur sur la brochure: c'est un batiment très récemment construit à la façon de). Excellent emplacement entre ville, port et plage. petite piscine intérieure. Possibilité d'appartement équipé de cuisine (mais à partir de 2 nuits, et ambiguité dans la présentation)

Accueil très fade et nonchalant. La chambre proposée n'était pas faite à 14h car non vérifiée; elle a été changée sans problème.

Super séjour bon accueil hotel propre très bonne literie calme bien isolé et très bien situé a refaire .

Le parking plein quand ton est arrivé a 21h .

La situation géographique

Nous avons eté extremement déçus par le standing et les prestations de l hotel. Nous l avions choisi pour la piscine et le hamam. Or le hamam ne fonctionnait pas et la piscine est vetuste. Tres tres cher pour la prestation offerte et standing tres moyen. Literie très inconfortable.

Нет вайфая в номерах в холле отеля очень медленный плохой интернет Вечером и утром невозможно купить воду а минибара в номерах нет

très bon hôtel,je l'aime surtout pour sa proximité avec le casino

l'accueil du personnel

tres mal vu par E booking .com qui fait tres mal la difference entre chambre et studio? je croyais avoir reserver un studio et a l'arrivée une chambre. heureusement le personnel a reussi a arranger le coup.

- Personnel d'hotel vraiment tres acceuillant ( particulierement monsieur andy ) - hotel vraiment bien situé ( 500m de la plage, des planches de deauville, du centre ville ect..) - hotel vraiment bien equipé ( hammam salle de sport et piscine interieur )

Prix un peu excessif pour une nuit
