Automatic check-in system Free parking Dark curtains for a good sleep
Mattress was a bit hard Shower was a bit clogged No elevator
there is nothing around the hotel
Wrong name on invoice/receipt, same name for both rooms printed. Besides the fact, that this is physically impossible, there was no way to CORRECT the invoice and print a new invoice. I had to accept a handwritten invoice, which makes it more complicated and bureaucratic for me to get reimbursed by my company. I would not recommend this hotel, also, because it is simply in the middle of a very unattractive nowhere. Staff was also very unfriendly, when my colleagues and I wanted to sit down for breakfast 15 minutes before it would "officially" be available. Will not recommend this hotel. Sincerely, A
The hotel staff doesn't speak English at all. At reception should be spoken at least basic English.
Difficult location and hard to find; staff reactive and not friendly
WI FI is too slow
The room was nice, big and clean. The hotel has a very good location and was cheap.
Staff was very friendly. The price was great and the room was spacious and clean.
It is pretty far from the town and not convenient to find restaurants around. The room is okay. It is a budget hotel.
The only positive thing about this hotel is the matrass
Too long to describe, starting with the fact that this is a highly automated hotel with an excessive cost for what effectively is. No sync between booking.com and Ibis booking numbers. You will face an ATM instead of a human so get ready. You don't suffer claustrophoby? This hotel will help you out to get it after the first night! ANd much more...
Great price and clean.
Location isn't great, and finding it was really hard. Very bad, if any, road signs.
The room is like a ship's cabin
located at 15mn from MP2 airport by car. Nice staff.Very clean, good TV.Sandwich and drink machine (good when you land late and need a little something).good coffee in the machine.
There is another Ibis closer to the airport. Mu mum hit her head twice in the bed above; they shouls use a band of bright colour; bed a bit too hard and only 1 pillow (very thin) by person).
It was clean and quiet, quite cheap one and very safe as we had a digicode for the parking and the entrance of the hotel.
We asked for an extra towel (there was only one) and we never got it! Plus it's in the middle of nowhere and if you don't have a GPS you're for sure LOST!
Good price for a comfortable, clean stay. Had secure paring for the car.
A bit out of town and difficult to get to, but OK if you are traveling out to another location.
Cheap and confortable.
Very noisy in the room under mine, they were 4 having a party at the hotel room until 4 in the morning, since there is no staff during the Night it was impossible to sleep!

- A bit far from the main highway and quite difficult to find without a GPS - Bad small in the bathroom due to the shower pipes
It was perfect for our requirements for a one night stop whilst travelling on holiday. Our dog was also made welcome.
There were no Restaurants within walking distance on a Saturday evening! The weather was really bad and we didn't want to leave the hotel but we would have liked to walk to a restaurant.
The beds was nothing but hostel style beds, thin mattresses and way too short for tall people. Internet was extremely slow. Breakfast was poor, basicly only bread.
Aix en Provence is close to the airport, close to the airport environment marseille thinks those who do not. That's why we were very shabby.
Staff good. Stayed over a weekend and found it quiet. Does have offices opposite so dont know how it would be on week days.
Air con wasnt working.
Room comfy wifi good
Area bad mo facilities at hotel no food or drinks asked reception they said nothing for 3 kilometre wow taxi expensive 15 euro and 15 euro return avoid
Stuck in traffic on my way there and got to the hotel after 9pm. It was self check-in. I didn't receive a confirmation code so I had to call booking.com. They couldn't help. Finally called a concierge and got in. It was a smoking room. 10km from city centre and no decent restaurant near by. Really bad experience. The Ibis near Aix would be so much better.
- Far away from the city
