Rien a dire tout etait parfait sauf la salle du petit dej quand vous etes 30 a partir en meme temps c'est trop petit et je pense que ca ca doit se produire assez souvent Donc jai du enfraindre le reglement jai pris mon petit dej dans ma chambre je paye mon petit dej c'est pour le prendre dans de bonne condition je pense que cela doit vous arriver souvent car je pense que votre hotel est complet regulierement pourquoi ne pas faire comme certaine chaine ils mettent une tante dehors pour agrandir l'espace voila une idee merci de la prendre en considation et je verrait l'an prochain si cela a changer

Confort etap hotel Impossible d'avoir la "clé" avant 18h : me présentant à 16h une personne m'a conseillé de passer le lendemain matin! Absence de produits douche (cela semble être la politique de la chaîne car j'ai rencontré le même problème ailleurs) Alors que j'avais spécifié wifi indispensable , aucune indication que la connexion se faisait sur free-hotspot.com au lieu de wifi_etap_hôtel comme indiqué sur un dépliant dans la chambre et après 21 h il n'y a plus d'accueil Télévision aucune indication des canaux des chaînes sur le dépliant Il semble que cet hôtel ne connaisse pas ce qu'est le service client
