Nothing to complain with this kind of budget. Value for money.

Affordable hotel. Not too far from city center

The location is really great and everything is nice. There is a big supermarket near to the hotel. You can take the tram A to the bank of river and downtown.

The room is small but it is OK for us.

The room was clean and comfortable. Though it was located across river from the centre and in a fairly character free site it is an easy tram ride or even a moderate walk from city central

The hotel is a bland chain style in a an even blander back street and even at the (relatively) low price fails to excite.

The staff was nice (though I speak French). There is a supermarket right beside the hotel, so we bought some meals there and we could eat them on the tables where they serve breakfast, and use the microwave to heat the meals. The rooms are well cleaned; there is a code system in substitution to keys for the rooms. There is a tram stop very close, so in 20min you can easily reach downtown. The internet works well, there is no login required, just plug and play.

The bathroom is not a separate room, there is a toilet bowl in a closed space, but the shower has an opaque glass door that goes directly into the bedroom, and the sink is right beside, looking at the bed. I was in a room for 3 people, so this was pretty awkward.

Excellent staff and the facility and it was very clean and new.

It was conveniently located near the Pont de Pierre & city center, next to a Meganrama cinema, well connected to the city by trams and direct bus to the Gare St-Jean. Well mannered and helpful staff on round the clock service.

Toilet light was faulty. Room was a bit small for three adults with a bunk bed option. But for the given price, it was a fair deal.

Small room but was expected from the pictures and other comments. Staff friendly, clean room good for what we needed which was just a place to sleep on route to our final destination.

On one morning of 3 the breakfast room was too small & cramped for the numbers going through. We got by OK with some ducking and diving round the breakfast bar, but one middle-aged Australian woman was baffled by the whole thing and got little to eat or drink.

Secure parking and close to the city centre. Good budget hotel plenty of ammenities like supermarket and shops close by. 10 min walk to the city centre or two minutes to the tram stop.

This is a really good value hotel only a 15 minute walk across the bridge to the heart of Bordeaux, yet in a quiet location. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The shower design was ingenious and worked extremely well. The staff on reception were friendly and very helpful, and the check out time of midday allowed us to see more of the city on our last morning. There is free parking directly outside the hotel, and we were able to store our bikes safely under the stairs over night. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Reasonably convenient for visiting the old city of Bordeaux for a more reasonable price.

While within walking distance of the historical centre, the neighbourhood is not visitor friendly or particularly useful for a weekend trip as most around is closed on a Sunday and the ambience is non-existent
