Restaurant located next door is pretty good. For the price, it is better for families. It is not located in a nice part of town, and none of the staff speak English well. |

Breadfast was generous and great value for money. Rooms were basic but functional, clean and looked like their pictures. Carpark great. Location is a nightmare to get to if one is driving in Paris. Local area was also very run down. Saw a rat cross road outside hotel. Hotel info doesn't reflect the area the hoel located. Window wouldn't open and room very stuffy, however windows did open in the two other rooms of our party. |

Checking out was the best part of our stay. Extremely rude receptionist. Window in room cannot open. No ac. Dodgy area. We got into 3 different taxis at Nord station and they all refused to take us to the hotel, because of the area. We ended up walking across the overpass with our luggage. |

Simplicity of its offerings. Ease of reservations. TV in Room was not working and so could not set a wake-up alarm. Morning staff at reception desk was very curt and not helpful in getting for me a taxi to Gare du Nord and so I had to walk all the way with heavy luggage. |

Very good budget place, expecially for multiple of 3 groups: chambers have 3 beds and for 3 persons the cost is the lowest in Paris (some like 25euro each). Chambers are clean, new, with television, good soft bed and pillow, clean blankets, big shower and everything you can pretend for a buisness/budget hotel. An excellent stay for this rate. 1- Lack of personality: every room, every floor, everything repeats like a paranoid labyrith (or a budget serial-architecture). Probably this is equal to the others thousands of etap Hotel and so on... You finish to be in the most romantic place in the world in the most apersonal and aseptic place to sleep with anything to remind you Paris. 2- Location: far from the city (but not distant from Montmartre, anyway surely not in montmartre, don't trust the location) in a big-skyscraper outskirts, you have to underpass the highway passing nearby a dump. Not unsafe (there is a construction site for the new metros and cameras) but surely not pleasureble. Depend on your expectation and motivation to stay in Paris. |

Close to where we needed to stay One receptionist ticked every box for the stereotype "be as offhand and rude as you can" Paris hotel staff member. Apparently she trains camp guards for Guantanamo Bay in her spare time. Other staff were OK. Cleaners were good and friendly. In Hotel prices seemed steep until we realised how expensive Paris is for the British (£ vs € didn't help). Area is horrible but what you get at the price. It was close to the Stade de France which was what we wanted. I would recommend only with qualifications that you realise this is a budget Hotel. |

good sound and sunlight proof for your night sleep. basic clean rooms. parking first day 14 euro, next days 10 euro. easy to get to with car. it is situated on the outer ring of paris and should have been a little cheaper just for that. the breakfast is simple, the young staff not all very nice or knowledgeable. internet connection expensive. |
