It's clean, new, It is near the metrô station, about 300 m. At night, there is one nice and cheap pizza delivery near the hotel that charges only 6 Euros the pizza for 2 persons. The neighbourhood is ugly, near the boulevard peripherique, and seemed dangerous to walk from the metro station to the hotel late at night. Hotel parking very expensive: it costed 28 euros for 36 hours. |

Breakfast was good.. Wide variety. Rooms were clean. Was bit worried about the location after seeing the other reviews, but seems fine and have to walk a lil bit from the porte de la chappele station. |

It was very quiet and peaceful throughout the day. Their was a plasma tv in the room which was unexpected for the price. You could stay in your room for as long/little as wanted and you could come and go as you pleased. The room was very compact and the WC very small but it was good for the cost. The staff could have been a little more approachable and chatty (although the language barrier was the issue for most of the staff). The area was a little dodgy to say the least and wasn't the best place for children but if you are a young couple or their on business it's fine. |

Very convenient position very close to the main ring road but with excellent sound proofing around the windows the noise was minimal. Decent restaurant next door. |

Hotel bez zaskakujacych udogodnien ale za to czysty ! Nothing splendour about the hotel but very clean ! Przejscie z metra do hotelu bardzo przynajmniej jak na razie - roboty drogowe. Getting from underground station to hotel not nice , road works. |

The Hotel was extremely clean and tidy and the reception staff were mainly very helpful. Especially the manager who helped us with directions. The night staff were also very helpful and security was excellent. One member of staff was quite rude on the first day but I did not see them after that incident. Beware if you wish to pay by card at the end of your stay, I had my card verified and so was under the impression I would pay at the end of my stay but in fact, during check-in I was made to pay for the hotel there and then and ended up having to use all of my spending money. Take extra cash as a precaution! |

The room was clean and nice (followed the etap standard). Despite the fact that the hotel is very close to the highway the room is quiet being well insulated. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, the exit from Paris sign is sticked on the side of the hotel. From the moment you leave your room, and cross under the highway platform, take the metro and get off at place de la concorde, you take like 40-45 minutes. |

Nice hotel, for the price is the best you can get, especially in the high seasons. Rooms are clean, confortable and well equiped. We traveled on summer and the air conditioned system was perfect. Breakfast (€5 buffet) choice is a must if you want to eat a lot and save some money (remember, Paris is really expensive and in the center a "petit déjeuner" would cost you about € 8 / USD 11). Major problem is the location. Etap is far from the center of the city (40 minutes using the tube). It's also far from the Porte de la Chapelle metro station; you should walk like 10 minutes and cross a bridge to reach to the hotel. It's kinda sludgy at night so it's better to return when there's still light.Service was so so, the staff girl who attended us in the counter was not very kind. |

Very easy to find from the motorway. The hotel was very clean and the room was spotless! It was also surprisingly peaceful. Excellent value for money! If you get a hotel just to sleep in it and have a shower between walks in the city - this is the hotel for you! The neighbourhood is a bit rough. So if you are not feeling comfortable in such areas - don't go there! |

My young son liked the bunk bed and the breakfast. We liked the shower and the hard mattress. The receptionist tried to help us. something unpleasant and brown under the toilet seat, no sheet for the bunk bed and only one towel. Walking to the metro was scary and unpleasant due to the location by a busy road system. |

The deskemployee's all talk excellent English. Unique in France! We ordered a room with 2 separate beds. Technically they did deliver. One double bed and one bed above the other bed with stairs to reach it. If I order a hotelroom with 2 beds I want to normal beds and no hostel-like "bed solution". |
