Very close to RER station (10min from there to Gare du Nord/Magenta) Parking available 3-person rooms available Good value for money, basic hotel Good air conditioning

The parking is a bit expensive, but it is probably always better to have the car in secure underground parking than anywhere on the street.

The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was cheap.

We stayed four nights and moved rooms three times. Bedroom one was mouldy, bedroom two was in the basement with a horrible dirty carpet and the loo ceiling fell down when we closed the door, bedroom three had a shower which went all over the floor and as a result the bathroom door was rotten. This hotel is very budget!

near to the Pantin train station, Cheap price and clean

a little bit outside of Paris, you need to plan your trip to Paris a little bit ahead of your schedule.

The good location to RER and metro, helpful staff and the wi-fi

The taxi man that was called to pick us to the bus station took €40 instead of €20 that one of the staff told me is the cost. No tea facility in the rooms and you have to walk to the main reception downstairs for any information or assistance.

Average speed to/from the center is about 5 mph. Better to stay in the center of the city and forget about car.

Loved the proximity to the metro and the cost of parking, the breakfast was also great.

The hard beds, the lack of adequate AC.

I am going to tell you about my first experience in your hotel. Firstly, the staff was very kind and help the customer. Also I would like to back again.

Really about the breakfast, In my opinion it's very poor but I think the hotel should improve quality.

Good location close to a RER-station. The RER is cheap and fast. Good value for money. I would probably book the same hotel next time I visit Paris.

Hotel staff is OK but not exceptionally friendly, but the rate per night is cheap.

Clean room. Nothng fancy, but it was adequate. The location was perfect. A 5 min walk to the Pantin RER station. One stop from there and we were at Gare du Nord and had access to the entire city. There is an amazing bakery 100 yards up the street from the hotel. We bought breakfast there each morning. Excellent and much cheaper than the hotel breakfast. Desk staff were very nice.

Housekeeping staff was a bit abrasive one morning. We decided to use the "Do Not Disturb" sign until we left each morning. That took care of the problem.

Friendly staff who spoke fairly good english. The rooms were clean and well-kept and the location made it very easy to reach by car (plus a closed car park was a bonus!)

Breakfast is very budget (baguette, cereal, yogurt)

    Value for money

Less facility and small room for 4 persons stay.. You've got what you've paid..

This hotel has family rooms for 4, which is unusual for this chain and we liked that. The room was fairly spacious. The breakfast was unexpectedly good, and very good value for money.

The toilet kept smelling of smoke, as if the extractor fan was bringing in air from another room where someone was smoking. Since we had specially taken a non smoking room, this was very unpleasant. There was no reduced rate for breakfast for young children, not even for our three year old daughter, who paid the same rate as an adult male for her breakfast.

The staff was excellent. He was very friendly and helpful. When we told him we got lost for 2 hours in search for the hotel. He apologized for it, eventhough it wasn't even his fault. I can't recall his name, though. Could be Aboud, Mahmoud, or something. Sorry. But he is very nice.

Nothing about the hotel. Since we didn't know how to get there. We were lost for about 2 hours. We asked people how to get there. They really made us walk around the area real good. Asked at least 5 people, they all gave the wrong directions. Taxi wouldn't take us there because it's too close. Went to Novotel and asked for directions, you'd think that since it's under the same Accor Group, they'd help. Apparently not! You're on your own. After 2 hours with no help, we finally found the hotel. We just took the wrong turn from Metro station. Lesson learned. When you are travelling in Paris, and if you don't speak French, it is strongly recommended that you research thoroughly on how to get to the places you want to go. Or ask the Police maybe.
