Etap Hotels are what they are. No frills, convenient locations outside towns lideally placed for business travellers or others passing through requiring a reliable place to spend one night. The Etap at Redon is situated on a retail park directly opposite a large Intermarché and 100 metres from La Potaterie

Good value for money. Ok room with nice bed, tv with many channels etc. Breakfast was ok aswell. 1) The temperature of the shower went up and down without reason: from burning hot to freezing cold. 2) No shampoo available, neither in the room nor at the reception of the hotel. 3) No iron (for ironing shirts..) available at the hotel..

For the purpose of our visit (to see the tour de france)it was very convenient as it was within 1km of the finish.It would greatly improve if it had a restaurant and bar. Too far from city center.

Accessability to the Motorway. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ecellent, clean facilities of Etap standards. Good car parking. Very good restaurant on the nearby site.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et accueillant, le petite déjeune est plus que correcte ( et à volonté), la chambre type standard est propre et confortable pour ce genre d'hébergement).

L'amabilité de l'accueil et du personnel rencontré en général. La qualité de l'équipement de la salle de bain était insuffisante et en état moyen à notre avis et surtout en comparant au bb hôtels que nous fréquentons assez souvent.

La nuit du 12 au 13 dérangés par des cris de clients fortement alcoolisés. Apparemment, personne n'est intervenu pour stopper leurs agissements répétés. La sécurité des clients n'est pas assurée durant leur sommeil. De plus, n' importe qui peut entrer par l'issue de secours et accéder au coulmoir des chambres.
