Location was superb

I specifically requested a quite room away from street noise. I was put near a street where traffic woke me up early in the morning. Service was just ok and the receptionist forgot to give me an invoice even though I paid on check in by cash to find out the following morning he did not update the system and I needed to pay. Luckly it was the same receptionist and remembered the situation, otherwise, I could not have proved. Very odd and quite annoying as was not sure if it was just a "trick" to fool us and make us pay again. By the time of booking, breakfast was not quite clear whether it was included or not... It was not...

The hotel staff were lovely made us feel very welcomes, the location is great around 5-10 mins walk to see the tower and the hotel it's self is lovely tidy and looks lovely. Plus a sort of corner shop Over the road so very happy and will go back! 10/10!

Within walking distance of a lot of the tourist attractions. A clean comfortable 3 star hotel. It suited our purpose very well. The reception staff were good in that they answered questions we put to them such as how do we get to various sites etc. The continental breakfast gave us a good start to the day and was reasonably priced.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. This is an important necessity after long days of walking. It would have been nice to sit down in your own space to have a cuppa.

We were lucky to be in a renovated room.

The rooms were tiny. The bed was 1,20 cm. The bathroom was so so.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, the closeness to Eiffel Tower

Too small rooms and bathrooms. Too expensive for the type and size of the room.

Located in the most animated luxurious area of paris and close to the Trocadero it is well connected but not luxuriousFor people who wanna spend time out and have a clean and secure sleep at night close to where they go out

Internet is bad and no room dining for emergencies. Not very comfy sleep

Excellent service from the front desk. As an international traveler, I have stayed in many hotels and would rate them among the highest.

Excellent location - there's a few minutes to Eiffel Tower & 5 to Arce. Clean, comfort rooms, polite staff. Near hotel 3 stations of metro. We liked everything.

we got a room with windows on the school. in the morning was quite noisy. Also, air conditioning didn't work at all.

La propreté de la salle de bain! Cheveux et poils ds la baignoire et sur les murs !! Le matelas est très inconfortable! Travaux ds l hotel a 7h30 du matin ds la chambre en face !

Solo e soltanto la posizione, Per chi cerca un luogo vicino alla Torre Eiffel è in ottima posizione.

Non siamo riusciti a capire del perchè in una stanza cosi minuscola vi erano accesi in contemporeanea Stufe e climatizzatore. L'ultima sera si è rotto il climatizzatrore e si è dovuto spegnere anche il riscaldamento , altrimenti avremmo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta per il caldo.

Rien à dire de particulier hormis qu'il est très bien situé, au calme et près des champs-Elysées puisque nous venions en escapade mais également pour affaires.

Télévision vraiment trop complexe à utiliser...

Personalul foarte amabil, locatia hotelului ( aproape de Turnul Eiffel, Arcul de Triumf, precum si un acces foarte rapid la 2 statii de metrou ), calitatea somnului ( patul foarte comfortabil si linistea in timpul noptii ), pretul foarte accesibil.

Mobilierul camerelor destul de vechi si lenjeriile de pat destul de uzate ( ingalbenite, cu mici pete pe alocuri )
