Cold in lobby and restaurant,so was freezing when eating!Waiter chased mee away from table before I was finished. Not a nice place, restaurant had a feeling of a military cantina.
nice friendly staff location safe parking good food
bed was a bit uncomfortable shower attachment was broken
-Free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel does not operate after 10,15 p.m., so that long waiting time for the taxi. Taxi driver could not find the hotel address and costs 13EUR!! -I waited 15 minutes till reception opened the door (no reaction on ring and phone calls) -hotel carpets were dirty and much used -TV and cables not connected, out of order
Staffs were frendly. Parking space was enough.
Reason why I choosed this hotel was the breakfast as showing on the pictures on this website. Actually - not, It made me very very disappointed.
Bedbugs in our bed that bit us up all night long. Had to get medical care when back home for an entire week to treat them. The management denied the problem, and was rude and arrogant when the problem was brought up. They also did not issue a receipt for the payment I made. Their website stated that they have air conditioning, and they did not. We were there for a hot night, so it was miserable. I would not recommend this property to anyone!!
It's just bad in general! stay out
Hotel was near by Rungis Market, friendly receipt
- poor qty hotel, very dirty rooms and unconfortable beds - daugther of less than 1yr got flee bites all over - no value for money
smelly, dirty floors
Has nice bathrooms, and staff were always helpful. The wifi was decent.
If you're trying to visit paris as a tourist this is not the right hotel. It is pretty far from the centre and touristic destinations, and requires a trip of around 40 minutes. A/C wasn't working, one elevator wasn't working, it looks a bit rundown, and has a pretty weird smell. It was also not possible to get a taxi on our last day.
The only thing I liked was leaving the hotel and kioking the dust off my feet!
My wife and I traveled two months in Europe making plans and reservations often on a day-to-day basis. In addition to booking.com we used one other internet sites for reservations. Booking was very satisfactory except in the case of the Euro Hotel Orly Rungis. This hotel was completely unacceptable at any price. The rooms were stale, ugly, and felt like a slum hotel. Bare pipe was seen through holes in the bathroom wall and all furnishings were dingy. The hotel was chosen because it was near Orly Airport and offered a shuttle. Plans were to travel to Normandy after two days rest. Two emails were sent to the hotel advising them of our time of arrival. Though a telephone call was placed from the airport to the hotel prior to the eleven pm deadline, the hotel refused us the shuttle service. Our taxi could not find the hotel and drove around in circles at our expense. The taxi driver’s telephone calls to Hotel Orly were unanswered. When the place was finally located in the middle of a dark industrial area, there was no one at the front desk. I had to shout at the top of my lungs to raise a desk clerk who I suspect was sound asleep in a back room. One elevator was not working; the second elevator had maid’s equipment including a bucket and mop stored there. The morning desk clerk (name “Loun”) was unresponsive. He did suggest I look at other rooms for a possible change – there were no improvement for all the rooms appeared in the same poor state. The expansive restaurant space was empty and appeared uninviting. The was no place within walking distance to eat breakfast. My voice was calm but assertive in expressing my dissatisfaction. Loun’s voice was argumentative and his attitude was like “it’s your problem”. He actually said in an arrogant tone, “you can leave if you want to”. We did leave the Euro Orly Rungis Dump as fast as we could.
24hrs restaurant service and free shuttle bus to airport.
breakfast is so simple.
The breakfast buffet was good.
It was an adequate place for a night right near the airport.
