Very friendly staff, helpful and polite Breakfast was a bit deer for what it was there were not enough choice bread and croissants were ok but no pain au chocolat or brioche or even nice biscuits to have with the coffee . Only one choice of fruit juice and this became boring on the third day.

A friendly hotel within a few minutes walk of the town centre and easy access to the main roads leading out of Bergerac. The hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Bath in en-suite. As with many french hotels did not have tea making facilities in the room.

The lady on the desk was friendly thou she spoke no English. There was free wifi and parking on site. No concession was made for the fact that it was out of season and therefore the pool for example unavailable. The breakfast was not as depicted. The location, Bergerac, off season is rubbish, I expect it is very different in the summer.

Not what I was expecting (neither old nor new), but well located near the town centre, with parking. Straightforward drive to airport (15 mins, but allow longer during rush hours). Good self service breakfast and free wireless in bedroom. 1. Paying extra for parking (street parking is probably ok), 2. Strong smell of bleach in room and 3. Hard to find without a street map (it is close to train station - with station on your right, follow road alongside tracks and the hotel is signposted second street on the left).

Very clean. Good quiet location. Pleasant garden. No lift and we had a room on the 2nd floor and had to carry bags up and down ourselves on arrival and departure. (We are both in our sixties!)

Excellent value for money. Staff were very helpful despite my terrible french. Rooms were clean and sizable. Location was good. Only 10 mins walk to the river and about three minutes walk to the town. Would recommend for anyone travelling on a budget.

The pool at the hotel is a real bonus. It's clean and quite secluded. We enjoyed some late afternoons by the pool after treking round the town. Location is good, close enough to town to walk to the restaurants but far enough away to be quiet at night.

Simple but adequate room with smallish en-suite. Situated in a quiet location overlooking old roof-tops just a few minutes stroll from the town centre, the old town and river. Easy parking behind the hotel. Paid extra for ac which was not really needed when we stayed! No lift

I loved that this hotel was so close to Metro stops and the Air France bus stop at the Arc de Triomph. Also, when you went outside you could see the Eiffel Tour down the street. Good location, close to bistros and stores. And the young woman behind the desk was amazing - super efficient, friendly, and could easily speak English and Spanish, along with French. It made for a great stay in Paris. Nothing was wrong with Europ'hotel

I had booked this hotel intitially when I was planning on travelling exclusively by train and bus. When I ended up renting a car, I just kept the rez. Although it's a bit of a walk from the main part of town, it's just a few blocks from the train station, so would be very convenient for train travellers. A nice bonus for those travelling by car is the parking lot behind the hotel - which is locked at night. (A 4 euro charge for this.)

Very good value. Clean, modern rooms and communal spaces; rooms with air conditioning and bathtub available at only a small supplement; excellent breakfast (not cheap, but excellent choice and very good coffee - and from 7 am); small, secluded garden with swimming pool; (partly) covered parking at a small supplement, but free public parking close by. Within easy walking distance of old town and centre, but quiet, even at front (I also spent 1 night in a room at the front). Bar service till after 11 pm. Balconies for the rooms at the rear would have been nice, but then, the price would be higher, no doubt. Colour schemes of rooms rather garish and loud (bruyants), but this is not really important, especially for stays of only 1 or 2 nights.

The staff were incredible and couldn't help enough. It's a nice place with everything in walking distance. If I stayed in this area again, this hotel would be on my radar. A nice, homely, family run hotel. "Family room" could have boasted a little more space and the style of the rooms wasn't too modern but I really can't complain - I liked it a lot.
