Found our stay to be comfortable, relaxing with the use of extensive facilities in neighbouring sister resorts. Maintenance of room facilities was a bit slow. |

Excellent breakfast included in price - cereal, croissoints, bread, cheese, ham, yogurt, fruit, juice, tea/coffee. Adequate parking provided. Rooms were air-conditioned. Hotel is attached to the Malibu Resort so there is a supermarket on site as well as two excellent restaurants. The shower room/toilet was very basic and needs a total refurbishment. The shower cubicle was extremely small and could have been cleaner. Hotel is actually difficult to find - sort of on a roundabout, after an underpass and other roundabout. We went out the first night and got lost trying to find hotel in dark!! |

Absolutly nothing.The promised 'Safari Joe's' specialising in South African Food did not Exist, and has not done so for a long time. Having used Booking.com on many occassions, I am suprised they support this hotel, It is shabby,in some areas down right dirty, everthing stained or broken,fittings cheap and nasty. The bamboo mat that the tea/coffee was presented on was so dirty it must have ben use for several seasons,The most expensive hotel that we used,during five weeks touring and by far the worse. |

les prestations du village de vacances avec un bon rapport qualité/prix(restaurant, bar, animation), personnel agréable, lieu agréable le ménage est fait à n'importe quelle heure de la journée, et les femmes de ménage ne frappent parfois pas à la porte avant d'entrer et c'est un peu loin de la plage à pied (plus d'un km comme indiqué dans la description sur votre site, car environ 35 mn de marche) |

Uniquement la viennoiserie du petit déjeuner! La douche, peut engageante! La salle d'eau exigüe et à l'hygiène douteuse... Seul possibilité pour poser les serviettes en cours d'utilisation: les wc qui jouxtent le lavabo! Le prix de 80 euros! A quelques dizaines de km au sud, qualité considérablement supérieur pour 60 euros! |

L'équipe et l''ambiance au blue gin bar. Le petit déjeuner. Le snack. La sympathie des vigils. La salete de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Le manque d'explications à l'arrivée. Le personnel pas du tout acceuillant (ne dit pas bonjour). Le réveil insistant par les femmes de chambres à 9h00 pour faire la chambre. Le restaurant le Malibu cher et pas bon. Hôtel bruyant. Terrasse sans chaises. |
