We arrived exhausted after an overnight sleeper from Venice and the staff kindly let us book in before 2pm....really appreciated, especially as I was not that well. I was actually travelling with my teenage daughter and it worked well for us

The hot water in the morning had sometimes run out and you needed to wait for awhile..bit annoying

Friendly staff - clean rooms - close to several things to view. Ideal because of rail lines.

We travelled as a group of five adults and had three rooms in this hotel.We picked this hotel for its location and price and we were not disappointed.It was a short walk to several metro stations and some good restaurants nearby.Plenty of nice shops in the area and a monaprix dept.store and supermarket across the street.There is an overhead train line running in front of the hotel but it did not cause us any discomfort even though our rooms were facing onto the st. The rooms we had were of good size and very clean.Lovely bathroom with plenty of toiletries provided each day and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff could not have been more helpfull and plaesent.For 10 euro the buffet breakfast was good value. When visiting Paris again,this will be my hotel.

The hotel was very nice. While the rooms were smaller than what we are used to, they were nice and neat. Hotel staff was very helpful and able to speak English. Hotel was very convenient to the Eiffel tower (we walked), transportation (train & subway), food, shopping, laundry, etc. Breakfast at hotel was fine. Ate there on the day we were leaving. There was an in-room safe and the air-conditioning worked great.

We were not given wash cloths. When we asked about getting wash cloths, we were told that they do not give them out. There were only large bath towels and smaller towels. We make out fine but found that unusual. The stall shower was small. If you are a big person, you may feel claustrophobic.

I will go back to Europe Hotel on my next trip.

We very much enjoyed this hotel...the location for tourists was great...easy to get to many famous tourist spots. There were also many restaurants close by. We did not have any complaints about the room or the hotel at all.

Dobrá lokalita k procházkám kolem Eiffelovky a také vynikající umístění pokud jde o cestování nadzemkou.

Problém je , že Vám pod okny jezdí nadzemka a v neděli se konají trhy před hotelem.Jejich ranní příprava a současně i ukončení vás v ranních hodinách probudí o něco dříve....

A la suite d'un "probléme" (!) ma chambre n'était pas disponible pour 2 jours sur les 3 réservés depuis 6 semaines. Il m' a été imposé de loger dans un hôtel quelques rues plus loin pour deux nuits et de revenir ensuite. L'hôtel imposé était un deux étoiles de confort moindre, sans la moindre réduction de tarif !!! Après une demie heure d'âpres négociations, j'ai pu obtenir une réduction. Finalement, il y a aussi eu une annulation dans le deux étoiles, et je n'ai pas eu à déménager en cours de séjour. Le client est traité avec désinvolture, je déconseille vivement Europe Hotel Paris Eiffel, incapable à l'évidence de gérer les différents modes de réservation dont booking.com.

Hotel tranquille. Fenêtre sans vue mur de beton, mais positif car ça coupe le bruit des voiture et du métro. Personnel très aimable.

Le bruit de la ventilation quand, quand la fenêtre est ouverte. Douche très petite, mais pour une semaine ça peut aller.

La ubicacion y la cercania de comercios. A 15 minutos de la torre eiffel. Muy buena la limpieza para ser un hotel frances

El recepcionista no sabia castellano pero con un poco de ingles se arregla todo

Le bruit des blocs de climatisation dans les chambres du cinquième étage !
