La presenza di staff che parla italiano è stata molto gradita, la gentilezza e la cura dei particolari sono da apprezzare

Non abbiamo fatto colazione in hotel

Hotel staff immediately corrected a mistake made during booking. I was unsure whether I had booked a twin room with an extra bed or a triple room with an extra bed as we were a family of four.I e mailed booking.com and got no response so assumed it was for four beds. On arrival found only 3 but the hotel instantly installed a fourth. The hotel was perfectly located for tourism in Paris.

Not palatial - but all we needed.

Location, very near to Eiffel tower. Staff at front desk is very helpful. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean.

The hotel's lift is too small. Other than that it is a nice place to stay.

We travelled as a group of five adults and had three rooms in this hotel.We picked this hotel for its location and price and we were not disappointed.It was a short walk to several metro stations and some good restaurants nearby.Plenty of nice shops in the area and a monaprix dept.store and supermarket across the street.There is an overhead train line running in front of the hotel but it did not cause us any discomfort even though our rooms were facing onto the st. The rooms we had were of good size and very clean.Lovely bathroom with plenty of toiletries provided each day and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff could not have been more helpfull and plaesent.For 10 euro the buffet breakfast was good value. When visiting Paris again,this will be my hotel.

Good location with stores and merchants nearby. Close to Paris Metro.

Our room [#7] was extremely small. Happened to get a look into #6 which was much bigger. Luck of the draw for us. It was hard to find a place to set out two suitcases due to the layout of the small room.

Staff people were very helpful and friendly.

The bed sheets weren't clean, the floor wasn't clean and the breakfast buffet wasn't worth the money, which wesn't included with the hotel room cost.

The location was great. Easy metro access and lots of places to eat close by. Staff was terrific...always friendly and helpful. We had four in our room, three adults and a 12 year old and, although it was a tight fit, it was perfectly adequate. The bathroom was really nice...great shower. The lift is pretty small, but it was there and it worked! We did not eat there so I cannot address the breakfast options. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

Walking distance to majority of tourist sites. Lots of shopping, shops and outdoor markets. metro station very close and staff are very welcoming and helpful

Beds are much harder than what I am used to

The Hotel staff was fantastic.. the night deskman was the most polite, but the whole staff was great all the same. The location was fantastic! In nice walking distance to the Eiffel Tower... and several others and only a few steps away from the over ground rail station... which surprisingly was not loud in the room.

The only thing that I did not lik was the fact that they were doing repairs on half of the apartment which I was never informed previous our arrival... it was not an issue though because they began work late in the morning and finished well before bed time so it never interrupted our sleep!

Très bien pour un hôtel à Paris

Sa situation géographique. Insonorisation des chambres. Propreté.

Le seul problème est: douche étroite même pour personne peu corpulente.

Excellente situation géographique. Hôtel assez bien insonorisé malgré le métro aérien à proximité. Chambre confortable et salle de douche agréable

Déco de la chambre à refaire (faux plafond en tissu tendu déchiré sur toute une longueur) Salle de petit déjeuner très triste en sous sol.
