The location of the hotel is perfect being close to the cathederal and the main streets of the city for shopping and eating. The price is also reasonable.

Bathroom looks a bit tired and probably needs tidying up.

After arriving late a poor lack of tea/coffee or alcohol facilities. No tea/coffe available or allowed in room.Quite pricey parking charge for guests.

The location was easy to find, reception was staffed until quite late and as one of my party is registered disabled we were able to park directly outside the hotel. The shopping area and the cathedral were within easy walking distance.

The hotel is something of a rabbit warren and overall needs updating. Some electricity sockets are loose on the wall; the curtains are not securely fixed to the tracks; some of the plumbing fittings were not properly fixed to the bathroom units. Nonetheless everything more or less works and we didn't experience any particular problems.

Good price - quality! the only negative I can say is that it was really cold in the room and there was no way of heating the room!

Great staff, nice room in central location. Would have no hesitation in recommending this intimita hotel close to shopping and in the heart of the city centre.

Visiting the Cathedral and Champagne houses not to be missed. The Cathedral at Rheims is more impressive than the Notre Dame in Paris. Warning to travellers, Rheims is mainly shut on a Monday! The Sherlock pub has a decent happy hour from 5-7.

The hotel was fine but the decor was poor with curtains not hanging properly and therefore not closing. The carpets were stained but it looked like new carpets were being delivered so it may improve

the hotel has excellent location very close to city center, just walking distance from the cathedral and famous Cafe du Palais (highly recommended place to eat) - just behind the cathedral, opposite to Opera.

the hotel parking has limited parking places, no soap or dusche gel in the room.

Very upset with the manager who delayed our departure about 35 minutes because she wiould not move her car. It was blocking our vehicle, and six others. We went to the front desk three times asking for it to be moved. Because of her lack of consideration of others I would not recommend this hotel to others

Le spa/hamman est payant en sus de la chambre alors que ce n est indiqué nulle part dans la reservation. Le centre Zen est spa est en fait independant de l hotel. Au regard de la fiche, on pourrait croire que Jaccuzzi et Hamam font partie des prestations de bases, ce qui peut inciter à la réservation. Que les soins soient payants, d accord et normal, mais pour le reste, trés mauvaise surprise....

Chambre privilège payé sur booking pour avoir une chambre de base finalement. Propreté moyenne. Pas de savon dans la chambre. éQuipement médiocre et vieux. Personnel désagréable, hautain.
