Muy buena ubicacion. Personsl de recepcion amable. Pequeño , algo antigua la habitacion pero comoda sobre todo el baño mas amplio que la mayoria .

El dasayuno muy caro. No lo tomamos y por fuera del hotel desayunamos por 6 euros.

La chica es amabílisima, y nos dejaron pedir una pizza y usar su salón para ver un partido España-Francia en pantalla grande..

La ubicación es estupenda muy céntrico y las habitaciones están bien. El spa no lo usamos

Helpful and friendly reception. Clean and well Presented. Hotel located close to sites, cafés and nightlife.

The shower wasn't the best looked after, albeit clean.

Great location, close to Cathedral, Mars gates and two nice champagne houses, where one can have a tour through caves and champagne testing. Close to pedestrian street with lot's of restaurants, but same time the surrounding is very quiet. Very friendly stuff. Fully working bathroom. Simple, but tasty breakfast.

The location was superb for all of the things to see in Riems. Staff were friendly and helpfull

No English channel on the room TV

The room was vile and I am in the process of writing a letter stating how bad it was

Good Location, reasonably priced.

Although advertising Satalite tv in English there were no english channels, could not get direct room to room telephone access, had to be through reception and typically France no tea/coffee facilities in room.

Location and parking good. Room was spacious, even with three of us in it. Price we paid was good, so we could overlook the tired bits, but the hotel wouldnt be worth the full price listed on reception.

Bathroom really poor, broken window, dodgy shower. Didn't think the lift was going to make it. Some parts of the hotel really tired.

Central location

Rooms were small especially the triple room which was a small double room with z bed which made it very cramped

Friendly staff, private parking, attractive foyer and clean crisp white bed linen.

Rooms much more tired than foyer suggests!

Close to the city centre.

They didn't change the sheets or vacuum the floor for three days in a row.

The location was great! Easy walk to the train station and close to the many restaurants on the pedestrian street Place Drouet d'Erlon. We were also close by to the Cathedral and Palace of Tau. We were also within walking distance to a few Champagne Houses.

The location was great, in the center of the city, a 2 min walking distance from the local Christmas market.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. You could hear people in the hallway. The bathroom is so small you have to open the door to get up from the toilet. None of the above is critical, so it is still a very decent hotel.

Our room was nice and big, by far the biggest room we had throughout our trip. The bed was comfy and everything worked just fine. We only stayed for the one night, i wouldn't recommend the hotel for a long stay.

The rooms are old and although very comfortable they arn't the nicest to look at. The service staff were helpful but weren't too keen on offering assistance.

Nothing except the location

The hotel does not deserve the 3 stars. The room was not clean, really old furniture, there was no heating in the bathroom and on top of that, there was a power generator or something like this that made noises all night long. The breakfast was ok, but certainly not worth 13€.

We had trouble contacting a guide for a tour and the girl behind the desk at the Hotel did google searches, phone calls and emails in French to help us try to locate him. She was very concerned and caring. Good customer serviced indeed.

They need to put coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms.

It's location.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I had read the other posts talking about the rooms being 'worn', but the room I stayed in was much worse. Very seedy with broken fittings, mildew in the bathroom and the room had not been cleaned properly. My wife who was in a family room with two children, was kept up until after 2am by the party on the street next door. When we complained, the staff told us it happened all the time and there was nothing they could do about it. For compensation, they gave my wife a free breakfast! Thanks. Avoid the breakfasts, they are very average, and very expensive. So, if you're desperate for a room and there's nothing else available within 100 miles, you might just consider a room a here. Or you could just keep driving...
