-Good restaurant -Friendly staff -Clean -Nice design -Good location

-No washcloth for use in the shower -AC appeared not to be working -Rather hard bed (-Could not make bath tub work. Not a big issue)

Room small but confortable. Charged for tea that was offered when waiting for our room to be ready on arrival. TV not having an english option Bill not clear

The two parts shower is very modern and sophisticated, however I would suggest that the moving part will be replaced with a more adjustable shower.

Hotel staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Location is excellent, just near the tramway station and the main train station. High level of comfort.

Everything was almost good. However I can raise two issues: - a little bit of improvement in respect of the room cleanliness can be done; and - the breakfast: you have to come early as some of the food was not available when arrived a bit late.

Hotel newly renovated, much better than several years ago, room not big but good enough, bed comfortable, shower extremly good, hotel staff are very nice...breakfast good, nothing I can complain.

Breakfast is alittle expensive (13.5 Euro ) but with a lot of choice.

The hotel has a great location, just a few minute walking from the train station. There is a electrical bus stop near the hotel and it is at walking distance to Minatec Campus. The restaurant is good and offers some good seafood dishes.

The room is very small. I could not open my luggage without blocking the room entrance.

Close to main roads and railway station. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent restaurant.Secure covered parking. All pretty good really!

I bit more plain than I would expect for a four star hotel. I would rate it a three star hotel. Internet connection was a bit slow.
