Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Superb location, with varied amenaties, very efficient and friendly staff. Ideally situated for Lake Leman and the town of Evian and plenty of activities to pursue in all weather conditions. The rooms were dated, but are being 100% refurbished later this year. |

It was very nice hotel with excellent service. Spa is very clean and with a big swimming pool. We appricated a lot that the children are welcome to this hotel. The breakfast was delicious! The price for massage is quite high! |

La classe et l'élégance , l'environnement La restauration est décevante pour un hotel de ce prestige , la sommelière aussi .Pour les mêmes prix en suisse vous avez par exemple à l'hotel du Lac à vevey des prestations gastronomiques deux fois meilleures c'est consternant et inexcusable en France et si proche . |

Het was een schitterend hotel, zeer mooie locatie, zeer groene tuin, personeel was uitermate vriendelijk, lekker eten, zeer veilig voor kinderen, deftige gasten, zeer betrouwbaar,...... De airco in de kamer vond ik iets minder. Maar bij vertrek werd ons meegedeeld dat het interieur, alsook de airco, ging aangepast worden. |

Service agréable, cadre magnifique. Rapport qualité-prix déplorable : une chambre sous toit, exiguë, un bloc de climatisation placée devant la fenêtre et empêchant celle-ci de se fermer (et les occupants d'admirer la vue), une décoration d'un autre âge, même pas digne d'un 2 Etoiles, sèche-cheveux et salle de bains idem, des meubles vieillots, une peinture abîmée et de grosses erreurs sur l'addition (longues à corriger...). |

Le Spa, les soins, les piscines, le parc magifique, la vue sur le lac, le personnel très attentionné, le service quasi-irréprochable Beaucoup d'enfants dans l'hôtel. Les parents sont très permissifs. C'est assez désagréable au petit déjeuner et au bord de la piscine. Pour ne pas être réveillé à 6 heures du matin, j'ai dû dormir avec des bouchons anti-bruit. |

Vriendelijkheid, beleefdheid en enorme toewijding van personeel t.o.v. gasten. Aan tafel té opdringerig en staan te snel klaar om je van dienst te zijn, iets meer rust en afstand zou plezieriger zijn voor mijn gevoel, maar blijft subjectief! |

Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et à l'écoute. Le SPA n'en est pas vraiment un. Ca sent la piscine "normale" à laquelle on a ajouté un Jacuzi d'appartement ... Les sauna et hammam sont bien par contre. Et les lits à eau excellent! |

Le Spa. Lors de la réservation une note indiquait que si on réservait une chambre à l'Ermitage on avait un surclassement à Palace. J'ai recu un coup de téléphone me confirmant ce point mais personne ne m'a dit qu'il y aurait un surclassement de prix aussi!!!! Du coup j'ai payé eur 280.- au lieu de eur 230.- comme indiqué! |
