Well laid out and confrotable accommodation with homely facilities such as fridge, cooker and micro wave in apartment, which makes the omission of crockery, cutlery and utensils an anomaly. Fortunately we came prepared with our own travel kettle and cutlery and bought paper plates. Mostly we ate out so this was not a vast problem. The hotel is a ten to fifteen minute walf from the shops and restaurant at the sea front, but still well placed. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it. |

the room was perfect and you just needed to walk 10min to get in the center of cannes the lift was allways broke, just use the stairs |

Friendly staff, big appartment, parking It is far from the city center, more that 25 min.of walking, no terrace, it is very difficult to park biger car (parking is separate on 3 levels connected by elevator - very narrow). |

Helpful and pleasant staff, large apartment, good location. We have to pay 30 euros to have kitchenware to cook. |

Personnels très aimables, appartement spacieux et très calme, lit confortable avec belle déco, bon petit déjeuner. Un excellent rapport qualité prix. Salon un peu froid, mur blanc manque des cadres, déco convenable mais ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles. |

Das Hotel ist extrem lärmig gelegen, eben an einem Boulevard. In Frankreich darf man nie an einem Boulevard oder Avenue ein Hotelzimmer buchen. Haben in der Einstellhalle während 3 Tage einen Parkplatz bezahlt. Extrem eng, Habe mein Cabriolet eingefahren! |

Ottima posizione, comoda suite e bagno nuovi e ben tenuti. Arredato con gusto, accogliente. Il copriletto era macchiato e con evidenti segni di usurasul lato interno. A parte questo, tutto ok. |

A localização, cerca de 15-20 minutos a pé do centro de cannes. Embora se tratem de apartamentos com cozinha, o mobiliário da cozinha não está disponível a não ser mediante o pagamento de 30€. Não se pode dizer que sejam os apartamentos mais confortáveis do mundo. |

Buonissimo residence a 15 minuti di passeggiata dal Palais e dalla Croisette. Arredamento curato, spazi ampi e ottima climatizzazione. Reception amichevole. Il garage (sotteraneo con elevatore a piattaforma) costa 8 euro al giorno, prezzo stracciato per la zona. Tenete però presente che se volete utilizzare la cucina (dotata di piastre elettriche e microonde) dovete pagare un supplemento per il noleggio di stoviglie e pentole (per 4 persone: 30 euro una tantum, indipendentemente dalla durata del soggiorno). Se conoscete i prezzi della zona sapete anche che gli 11 euro a persona richiesti per la prima colazione non sono poi una esagerazione. Insomma un posto da consigliare. |

Goede ligging, garage onder hotel perfect, schoon, aardige mensen en lux. Ook heerlijk in jacuzzi na dag op strand! Niets op aan te merken en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar; het was overigens voor ons de 2e keer in dit hotel na 3 jaar en nog steeds 100% ok! |

le fait que se soit une suite est très appréciable pour une famille avec enfant en bas age nous avions demandé un lit bébé, mais celui-ci c'est avéré indisponible ou tout du moins payant et nécessitant une demande à notre arrivée, malgré que nous l'avions précisé lors de notre réservation.pour finir le système de fermeture de la chambre s'est avéré inéficcace et très contrainiant (surtout à 2h du matin quand la porte de veut pas s'ouvrir...) à part cela établissement correct |
