Excelsior Opera  

it has excelent location from where you can access everything in the city. also, it is less than 5 mins walk from RATP bus that can get you from airport with only 10 Euro.

Sizeable and quiet room. I was given a quad room at 6th floor (top floor). Comfortable to accomodate 2 adults & 2 small children. Crocery store is just few steps away and opens early (7am daily). Restaurant serving halal food are all closeby and accessible by foot.

Very good location !

Paris was full - so we took what was available - it was a horrible expirience - the hotel is above a metro line as from 05.30 in the morning everything is shaking every time the train runs below.I was at the second floor as couldn't sleep 2 consecutive nights.Friends who stayed at the 4 th floor said they didn't hear anything and slept well.

The location.

I first liked the locatin, and the confort that matches the price. My only complaint is some negligence with serving breakfast. Otherwise it's perfect for a short visit business or shopping or city trip because of the central location. I stayed there twice and I am already looking forward for my coming visit. Best of luck. The location is good. The room was relatively clean. A young female receptionist was very professional and efficient. The other receptionist, Rene, had a sense of humor and it was nice to have a small chat with him.

(1) One of the middle aged male receptionist was really rude and falsely blamed me when the fifth floor was blacked out. He told me that my note pc was the problem, but I used the same pc at this hotel several times in the past without any problem. He apparently did not have any technical knowledge. After the power was back, he even stood on my doorway and ordered me to plug in my pc. Aha! There was no problem. I asked him to admit my pc was not the problem, but he did not. This was really rude and I felt really uncomfortable. (2) The room and furniture were worn out and they need renovation. (3) The house keeping did not do their job even the receptionist called them twice on the second day. (4) Internet access was better than the last time, but sometimes unstable and slow. (5) You hear the sound of metro and pigeons pretty loudly.

The location was perfect...very central and near a Metro station and the RATP bus stop for CDG airport. My room in the 3rd floor was small but very functional, clean and quiet: fast WIFI connection, coffee/tea machine with cakes and other amenities in the bathroom with window facing an internal courtyard. The two guys ( day and night duty ) were very efficient and courteous. Of course, I would return to this hotel in the future.

Good location to stay in paris

The location is excellent. Near the metro, near shopping mall:Lafayette, and also supermarket. The receptions are so kind and speak good English. Especially one, mr. Alikhan cyriushans who is so kind, helpful, patience to us. Merci ! If I go to Paris again, definitely will choose excelsior opera.

The wireless is unstable. Only this. The rest are excellent.

Good location and security.

The location was great, easy walking distance from airport bus that dropped us off at Opera. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spatious and we were very comfortable, especially with tea/coffee facilities and free wifi in our room. Very short walk to metro station, and local supermarket. About 8min walk to a laundromat. Extra touches like madelines each day and nice toiletries made for an enjoyable stay.

It can get noisy due to being over the metro line but we were on the 4th floor so not a problem for us. Elavator is very small but at least it has one.
