The hotel was overbooked and I was sent elsewhere to an very inferior hotel. This is unacceptable. I will not use your service iof this re-occurs. |

The staff was friendly and did their best to communicate in English, as my French is not so good. It is in great need of renovation. They kept it clean, but everything was old, worn and outdated. The location was not great - next to a bunch of stripper bars, and I was traveling with kids. |

Hotel was really nice - much better than in the hotel pictures! Our balcon door didn't close properly. We had three beds but only two good pillows. |

Location was very convenient. It was close to shopping, eating and sights to see. Breakfast was very good and was also well stocked. Not enough parking on the streets but, there was a parking garage down the street that was covered and secured. I felt it was safer to park there than the street. |

Location and bedrooms were a gerneous size. Breakfast was very good. Yes, they were a bit slovenly about replenishing bathroom shower get etc on the first day. I overheard a large group complaining among themselves about facilities but we were not affected. |
