Staff is very hepfull and ready to help, rooms are modern and very clean, little small but good enough for few nights
Clothet spaces is limited
I would come back any time, great value for money, staff were super friendly and very close to transport.
I like about this hotel is the staff are very friendly and helpful wifi excellent coverage and 24.7 connection ... they would print some docs for me
The area even though nearby station and all but the area is juz terrible full of homeless and begger the rooms are extremely small like a box of crickets ... yhe lift fits only for 3 4 max i wouldn't repeat the same hotel
The room was huge. And the staff in the hotels was the highlight ofour stay. The reception staff was incredible as they helped us so much. All our requests were fulfilled. Even one day we arrived for breakfast at 10.05 and they allowed us to have breakfast which was nice. Overall a very good experience.
Easily one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. It was noisy beyond noisy from The moment we attempted to go to sleep we were greeted with elephants overhead and next to us was a room of unsupervised children that thought the light switch was a toy and the walls were for bouncing balls off at 1am. I had to complain to reception who told me that if I had further trouble to knock on the father's door myself who was staying down the hall. The noise stopped briefly but started up again closer to 2am. I was traveling with my mother who already has trouble sleeping and when booking I requested a quiet room. Totally ridiculous. I have feedback at the front desk when I checked out but was only given an apology as I had already paid for the room. The Metro can be heard on the 4th floor in addition to the rest of the noise the hotel offers. Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
Good condition of the room.
Walls were so thin that I could hear the people next door and whenever someone walked down the hallway. The rooms need more soundproofing. Otherwise everything else was great.
This hotel was lovely and clean, cute atmosphere. Central and very accessible. Staff were helpful.
We were a bit disappointed as we had a balcony but it is no accessible due to security purposes.
Staff cleanliness location and style of room
The hotel stuff were nice and speak English, room was comfortable, clean and fresh for travellers and location was great.
The hotel didn't provide shampoo in bathroom, and the wifi was useless to operate.
People that work at the reception was always tender and helpfull.
Poor breakfast, tiny room, poor cleanliness, noisy room.
Location, price, staff and air conditioning.
small room so if you plan on spending a lot of time in the room, you need to spend more money.
Facilities were clean, cute decorations in room, nice lobby and courtyard, good breakfast in the morning, nice staff, you can open windows in our room, close to metro station and walkable to a nice area for shopping, eating, etc. We also got in early and were able to check-in before 3PM.
Wi-fi was really slow and cut off constantly, no complimentary coffee or tea in rooms or lobby, rooms/elevator were tiny, A/C unit was complicated to work, housekeeping/staff just barged in out room randomly...
One of our two rooms had a bad smell. Perhaps because of air conditioner? Even with open window it was smelling...
No tea coffee arrangement in the room. No dryer in room. breakfast was very average
clean, good size, friendly staff
Sound proof is bad, if your next door neighbour is back in the middle night, you wouldn't be able to have a nice sleep.
We stayed one night and really please with the hotel.
Bathroom wasn't clean
Room was more than we expected. very nice. The location was great, just 2 minutes walk to Lazare station/metro.
Friendly front desk staff who speak fluent English.
The cleaning staff needs improvement especially on not pumping in rooms repeatedly with do not disturb sign shown already.
Everything; the hotel is in a very poor location, lots of homeless, drug addicts. We actually left one day early... and the hotel refused to refund us. Prices are much too expensive for this hotel. Novotel is cheaper. Wifi gets disconnected all the time. Hotel room is the size of a normal bathroom, with no cabinet to put your clothes. Room service extremely poor and has to be catered from some nearby location.
Very slow WiFi €300 per night - not worth that
Good hitel fair price
Location is very good - close to a metro station. Recent refurbishment makes the lobby and rooms very pleasant, equipped with a wood floor, firm bed, and decent pillows (congratulations - this is a rarity!) and very ambitious air-conditioning (also a plus, and rare in this category of hotel). Good breakfast, in a vaulted cellar room that is very tastefully decorated and nicely presented. Small, but well-equipped bathrooms with a decent shower (thank you!) and amenities.
Air-conditioning had no individual control in the room, and it was very ambitious, making it almost cold in the room during the stay.
Very good staff, location and clean hotel
Bed needed more pillows Wifi is slow
