The hotel was situated in a good area, and in walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. That was the major advantge of this little hotel. I did not like my room very much. It looked as if they had started the renovation, but not yet finished it. But sheets were clean and I got fresh towels every day.

I will go there 4 times a year while visiting family. I had a room looking over the garden so quiet I slept like a log! Also the curtains were so thick, no light could come through ! They had the latest flat T. v which meant even if I came back a 21hr there was lots to see. Ony drawback, there's no lift & lugging a case up 3 flights of stairs is no fun. The room is basic but clean, the towels are changed every day, the water is hot immediadatly & you don't hear the neighbours ! Its a small cosy hotel , The staff are friendly & I'll deffinately be going back again. & again ! (always asking for a room overlooking the garden!I Can't think of anything, though it would be nice if there was someone to take the cases upstairs ( with tip natirally)

Only one person from the reception was kind enough to speak English Close to Metro Exelmans and Rolland Garros Courts. Only one person from the reception was kind enough to speak English the rest personnel even though they knew that we were not able to speak french they kept talking to us in French - very sovinist in my opinion. The price of the room was expensive in comparison with the amenities. Quite far from the centre but close to Metro Exelmans and Rolland Garros Courts. Even though the internet was one of the amenities it never worked throughout our stay and the personel in the hotel were computer illiterrate. The breakfast was not very good and not all of the breakfast things were available always. Rude personnel at the kitchen. Rooms were also very moisty and there is no second mirror in the room only 1 in the bathroom which has no curtain. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only reason İ stayed at this hotel was that it was close to tge place where my friends were living and this is the only good thing I can tell about the hotel. I did not know what kind of good things that I could tell about the hotel but I know what to complain about. The hotel had very untidy corridors. Even the walls were not painted and looked like a disaster. Towels of the hotel were all kept on the loors of the corridor. When I was sleeping in my room somebody came in the room. (i dont know if she worked there Or not). Until I got to the room hotel was so terrible that I thought of staying at another hotel.

Quirky. Not a chain hotel. The corridors were incredibly dilapidated ...although there were sign apologising for work being in progress...it clearly wasn't in progress. The signs were old and yellowing so it looks like work just stopped. Wifi was not very reliable. It would work for an hour or two and then go off completely for hours.

The room decor and furniture was fairly old and well past its best. Carpets were old (with an old smell of cigarette smoke) and plasterwork on walls and ceiling was cracked and mouldy. The hotel was being redecorated during our stay, with paint smell from the corridors outside the rooms and building dust making it's way inside the rooms.

Hard to say, only the woman when we left was kind and tried to handle our problem with no success. Breakfast was ok. I asked for twin superior room and I got a normal double room, with no excuse and no refund. The normal room was very small, with several broken items in the bath room.

The complete corridor outside my room was being painted during the period I was there. I had to walk through 10m of narrow corridor with a fresh paint smell. This seems very bad considering the nightly charge for the room was 137 euros. The hotel gave no advance warning of this, thus there was no chance to look for another hotel.

It was clean There was some doubt as to whether my room was double booked, even though we had confirmed I wouls be checking in late. The room itself was a piece carved out of a bigger room, by a diy bodger

Location of the place The place was filthy, carpets with stains all over, bed cover amend with patches, mobility on the place was very poor with bags of sheets to be cleaned all over the floor, blocking stairs access. The toilet had pubic hair from previous people, moist on the walls, cob webs above the boiler. I have plenty of photos if you want to see them. This place was a horror to us. I didn’t know that cleanness was a luxury until I’ve stayed at the Exelmans.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds were clean, maid service each day with towels changed automatically and it was easy access to the metro. It needs updating but to be fair you can see that this is in operation in parts of the hotel. There was no hair dryer in the room.

At about £30 each for a night (inc breakfast), it was an ok price. Well located for Metro. Hotel was as bland as you can probably get. Utterly functional. Even the staff had a functional manner; no interest in us. The room worked ok but outside of the room it seemed a bitty of a shabby warren of a place. There was the sound of toilets flushing from all the other rooms from early in the morning. The breakfast was ok. Again, totally functional. You gets what you pays for, i suppose but i don't think it would be impossible to find a place that offered a decent croissant and polite question or two at the reception desk for the same money.
