Location is good, quiet, convenient for travel, near metro station. Price is reasonable. Clean and comfortable room.

I was not expecting a great hotel for this budget price in Paris, so I was pleased with the size, comfort and cleanliness of the room, the high speed free wifi internet connecton, the large flat-screen tv, and a bathroom which included bath, not just a shower. The room also looked over a quiet inner courtyard with garden so no street noise. The major advantage for me - and the reason for choosing it - was the fact that it was just around the corner from my step-daughter's appartment.

The corridors in the public areas were stripped ready for redecoration so were pretty ugly - but this is clearly only short-term. Breakfast - a typical French 2-star hotel basic continental breakfast - cost 10 Euros per person per night.

Quirky. Not a chain hotel.

The corridors were incredibly dilapidated ...although there were sign apologising for work being in progress...it clearly wasn't in progress. The signs were old and yellowing so it looks like work just stopped. Wifi was not very reliable. It would work for an hour or two and then go off completely for hours.

Only one person from the reception was kind enough to speak English Close to Metro Exelmans and Rolland Garros Courts.

Only one person from the reception was kind enough to speak English the rest personnel even though they knew that we were not able to speak french they kept talking to us in French - very sovinist in my opinion. The price of the room was expensive in comparison with the amenities. Quite far from the centre but close to Metro Exelmans and Rolland Garros Courts. Even though the internet was one of the amenities it never worked throughout our stay and the personel in the hotel were computer illiterrate. The breakfast was not very good and not all of the breakfast things were available always. Rude personnel at the kitchen. Rooms were also very moisty and there is no second mirror in the room only 1 in the bathroom which has no curtain. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

probably cause of low air circulation (closed plastic windows) there was black mildew in bathroom and even in room with bed

The personnel was very kind and very positive attitud in other to help us to find routes, tickets to Disney suggestions, ect. The breakfast was sufficient.

When we arrived. The room assigned was very dirty, tiny and ugly. In the following morning i requested for another room they were kind gave us a better room.

Nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement vers une chambre suoérieure, du coup le rapport qualité prix est devenu excellent.

No nos ha gustado para nada las instalaciones, en las fotos se ven otras cosas que al llegar alli no son ni la mitaf, ofrecen ascensor cuando en realidad no lo tienen. Se cae a pedacitos. Las habitaciones que habiamos elegido pequenas, cobijas rotasn bano estrechisimos. Tuvimos al final que pagar 50 euros mas por noche por cada habitacion por q decidimos cambiarnos a la junior q estaba algo mejor pero su precio no lo valia..
