Explorers à Disneyland® Paris

Very family friendly. Rooms were very spacey- we had a crew 6 for a family of five. The kids loved the pool however safety was a concern as the slides were not manned by lifeguards. The ball pit/play area was a dream for the kids at night time.

There were Q's for reception and we were not advised at check in that you needed a ticket for breakfast and that they could be booked for the entire lenght of your stay when you check in.

Good location

Almost all the hotel employees were very helpful and willing to accommodate us, especially when my husband broke his toe while we were on visiting! We really enjoyed our room and the breakfast. Even though there was no air conditioning ~ we had lovely cool breezes with the ceiling fan and open windows at night.

I liked the fact that it was close to Disneyland and the free shuttle service that we were dropped off first.

The swimming pool and indoor play area were good for children although the swimming pool wasso cold that my little boy's face actually turned blue.

Quite a few things: 1) the pool stayed open until 11pm and throughout the hotel the noise from the pool was heard all night, couldn't sleep.2) the water features on the pool are only turned on in the eveing. 3) the pool is freezing - uncomfortably so. 4) The food was ridiculously expensive and didn't cater well for vegetarians, my vegetarian buffet cost 29euros! 5) No-one to supervise play area. Fortunately I had stayed in with my little boy (just turned 4) as 3 siblings decided to turn nasty - one hit him. I had to intervene and there was no sign of their parents anywhere. 6) the shuttle to and from the park was always packed, never any seats and what's more, people actually physically pushed you out of the way to get on the bus. more...

Good family hotel, exelent for children

Loved that it was so close to Disneyland and there was plenty to do inside the hotel with the kids if you had the time.

It was quite a way from the main city centre - 45 mins by train - and the older people we traveled with found this part hard. But honestly, if the main purpose of your trip is Disneyland, it's a perfect location.

Staff extremely helpful. Kids liked the indoor pool. Location close to Disney Land and train station.

The swimming pool and water slides are great for kids. Location is ok, not far from park and shuttle bus is frequent.

No air conditioning. It was very hot in the room until late evening.

Poor ventilation in room. Xtractor fans broken in both bathroom and toilet. Would benefit from air conditioning.

The hotel is convenient to Disneyland and taking the train into Paris (about a 40 min ride). We had no problems with the shuttle to Disney/train station - uncrowded and timely - during our summer weekend stay. Breakfast included fresh fruit. No problems with overcrowding or dwindling food supply during any of our 4 breakfasts (8:00-8:15 reservation slot). My 2 children enjoyed the pool and did not complain about cold water. Toilet and sink/shower were separate which was helpful with 6 people in our room. The bunk bed area was great for my children - own tv and a door.

The cleanliness of the hotel is questionable. Our room was not vacuumed during our 4 night stay. There were ants walking along the backs of our benches during breakfast (we moved). Some of the silverware/dishes at breakfast were dirty. The breakfast choices are limited - okay if you are there one or two nights, but boring for our 4 nights.
