Explorers at Disneyland® Paris  

The children enjoyed the pool. Gabriel (Portuguese-speaking waiter) was nice.

Dirty corridors and rooms, over-priced meals, questionable clientele, shuttle to Disneyland park so over-crowded we had to take our own car. As we were meeting friends already staying at the hotel we did not have another option but there are much much better hotels at similar prices. AVOID.

The swimming pool was good for the kids, the food was very poor and the hotel could have been cleaner and the staff could have been friendlier

The hotel is great for kids. The swimming pool is amaizing. The breakfast is very good.

It is a family hotel, with lots of playing areas for kids and other usefull facilities (swimming pool, playground, restaurant, souvenir shop...). There are family rooms with space and good commodities. There are a free shuttle bus of high frequency to the Disneyland Parks and rer station, which is a very important asset.

Hotel has litle aquapark. Best choice if going to Disneyland. Distination to Disney about 5-10 min. by bus #54(free).

Excellent location and brillian for the whole family. Will stay there again.

Family rooms a bit tight for space. Can do with fresh coat of paint too.

the location its perfect and very quiet its very good for kids because they have in door swimming pool and worm for winter – the service is good and customer service its excellent

The hotel corridors were not very clean and did not give a good impression. A baby's cot was left in the corridor outside the room next to ours for 3 days.

Location to the Disneyland parks was great. Shuttle busses run every 20 minutes making the parks very accessible. The play areas within the hotel are very well suited for young children and a lot of fun if you choose to spend a day inside the hotel or evenings after sight seeing or visiting the parks. The hotel is very easy to find from the autobahn and the check-in procedures were very smooth. Guest services are conveniently located in the hotel and helpful with purchasing tickets and planning your excursions.

Food was bland and tasteless. Cost of hotel was extremely high for the amenities recieved. Few towels in the room, no soap, poor quality furniture (broken and unservicable). The hotel rooms were not cleaned well and the not once were there vacuumed during our stay. We had requested a refrigerator in our room for use with food for small children and it took 4 days to accomodate this request. The towels for the pool had to be rented, not provided which was excessive considering the price of the room. Would only recommend this hotel based on the price compared to nearly double the cost at actual Disney Hotels.

Hotel is really great for family vacation, have so much interesting places for kids inside where they can spend great time as playground, swimming pool which is excellent, game room, pirat boat... Nature around hotel is really beautifull. Hotel is very comfortable.
