Nothing to impress. Staff were abrupt and difficult to interrupt from there own conversations with each other. Facilities were below expected by far.

The children enjoyed the pool. Gabriel (Portuguese-speaking waiter) was nice. Dirty corridors and rooms, over-priced meals, questionable clientele, shuttle to Disneyland park so over-crowded we had to take our own car. As we were meeting friends already staying at the hotel we did not have another option but there are much much better hotels at similar prices. AVOID.

After reading a few negative reviews on trip advisor we wasnt sure what to expect but these people must just be complainers as we found it perfect, rooms good size and clean, hotel facilities ie pool, reception area all excellant, great location, just 2 mins on shuttle bus to the parks. Very good value for money.

Free shuttle to the subway (don't recommend the subway the scariest expeirance of my life!) What a horrible trip! They were remodeling so we had to go through a messy maze to get to our room. Our room was not the size we booked, they did not accomadate us well at all. The construction workers woke my kids up bright and early with all their drilling, the breakfast was gross and the staff unhelpful. I spoke with the manager multiple times about how unpleaseant our stay was and that it was not fair to pay what we did for our stay all they could say was, "oh sorry mam" the hotel is pretty run down, and i guess they have to spruce up the dump but right before christmas is when you choose to renovate? really? i would only recommend this hotel to someone that i had a grudge against and wanted them to have a horrible stay~

we love the atmospher of the hotel, especially the swimming pool. the design of the hotel is children friendly. and the location is also perfect, not only that it is near to disneyland but also near to a outlets, great shopping experience. the receptionist is wonderful, very helpful. but the person who cleans our room (we stayed for three nights) is not satisfactory enough. and the buffet breakfast is generally good. but on my last morning i encounted a worm in the vegetable salad, which was a fearful experience.

pool changeing rooms filty. very long queus to bar at night with only one barman on. no entertainment in hotel at night .bar closes at 11pm . some staff were very helpfull .at breakfast if you leave your table to get tea your breakfast is gone when you get back. we were in captains suite .there was no room to walk trough living area when sofa bed was made up. we had to move mattress into other small room .i did complain to manager about these issues and asked for a refund to leave but she refused to help in any way.we only used the pool once as it was so dirty. this hotel was a waste of money.

The only thing we really liked in 'Explorers at Disneyland Paris' is its swimming pool. It was very big with water-slides and it looked like a boat. The staff wasn't friendly enough. The directions inside the hotel were not good and we couldn't find our room. The bathroom was separated in two small rooms: one with the toilet and one with the sink and the bath-tub !

Great location. Nice Pool. Quick bus trip to the Parks. Clean and comfortable rooms Very Busy (big), A bit tatty around the edges. Some areas could do with fresh polish. Full car park with visitors to park but not hotel guests, made parking at the hotel a bit difficult. And later warning on the car windscreen telling me to move, despite no other parking places! Pool was a little chilly (while I understand the McD logic behind this (force a shorter stay in the pool) - It would have been nice to ensure none of the air form outside got it) Massive queue to get evening drinks from bar. 5 bar workers, but only one serving drinks.

Just to say the service in this Hotel is appalling. My advise is stay away the facilities are fine the service was appalling and seriously needs to be looked at the manner in the way we were treated on the second part of my Honeymoon was disgraceful. This hotel should be reported to the French Tourist Board reason been this ir rated as a 3 star hotel if this was rated 1 - 2 star then I would have maybe accepted some of the things that went on. Seriously for booking.com they should look further at this hotel as this ids damaging your business.

Hotel rooms are very dated and unwelcoming. The family rooms are ridiculously small, can be compared to a dormitory! Definately won't be staying at this hotel again and won't be roccommending it either.

Only positive thing I can think about is the location of the hotel ... Breakfast has a limited amount of quantity a day! Means when something passes that daily limit no more available. I have checkout one day early because of the service and communication capability of the hotel. Almost no good English speaking personal. It is not clean fungy and dust I have made pictures! Many people complain about the hotel !!!! Internet not working properly ... a 3 stars hotel ??? Never !!!

The swimming pool was nice Firstly it took me nearly 50 minutes to check in and with 2 young children in tow that became troublesome. The room was old and fairly tatty, the bathroom had certainly seen better days. There were no toiletries available in the room bar some dispensers that held some sort of lotion. The restaurants on site were poor and very expensive for what was provided. There was nothing available if you forgot to bring some items, I left my daughters hair brush behind and had to go on a car trip to find one after getting absolutely no help from the staff there. Also, the pool provided towels for rent to use as you were not allowed to bring towels from the room. At 2 euros a towel this proved expensive.

Staff was great! Pool awesome! Didn't like that we had to pay 2€ for a towel at the pool, and the shower in the room needs a serious cleaning/bleaching, but on the whole not too much to complain about.

We found that the staff were not happy to help us or anyone else let alone prepared to offer help at any time to anyone!! Many customers were dissatisfied with their lack of service as were we. For a Disneyland Resort that holds the status that Explorers Disneyland Paris (Thomas Cook) that it does we expected a room that doesn't smell like cigarette smoke, that has a concierge service not just a trolley given to us to help ourselves!! We expected rooms that had more than walking space & had the thermostat turned to a level that didn't make you sweat all night, for young babies this makes such a hard night!! On the other side of the coin the restaurant that holds breakfast had the best staff we've met & the inddor pool was absolutely awesome for all of the children there. Cigarette smelling rooms. Staff that want to work in the reception area & show this by their willingness to make clients happy & comfortable. Staff that are not rude & arrogant. Staff that are actually happy to everyone, not rolling their eyes at people!!!
