Explorers à Disneyland® Paris

ホテルスタッフは何ヵ国語も話し、朝食も種類が豊富。

ﾃﾞｨｽﾞﾆｰﾗﾝﾄﾞまでのｼｬﾄﾙﾊﾞｽ、無料駐車場、室内ﾌﾟｰﾙもあるということで宿泊しました。- 他のｹﾞｽﾄﾚﾋﾞｭｰ同様、子供達はﾌﾟｰﾙに大喜びでした。宿泊した部屋がｽｲｰﾄとでﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙﾍﾞ- ｯﾄﾞ、2段ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ、ｿﾌｧｰﾍﾞｯﾄﾞがあり、子供達は2段ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞに大喜びでした。

ﾌﾟｰﾙ使用のための、着替え等を入れるﾛｯｶｰでﾄﾗﾌﾞﾙあり。空きの場所があっても鍵が閉まらなく、- しっかりと鍵が閉まる物を確保するのに他の人がﾌﾟｰﾙから出てくるまで待ちぼうけ。更に帰る際に今度は鍵- が開かず、ｽﾀｯﾌを呼び暗証番号を入力する機器を調べるが解決出来ず、その間、また待ちぼうけ．．．最終- 的に鍵の部分を壊し空けることに。鍵を開ける機器本体が故障した様なので、結局、全てのﾛｯｶｰの鍵を壊し- たのだと思います。あのﾛｯｶｰはいけてません。

リーズナブルな価格設定。

朝食は非常に貧相であった。また、屋内プールの水温が低く、日本人向きではない（ディズニーランド直結のホ- テルの屋内プールの水温は、それ程低くなかった。）。

プールやボールプールなど子供がすごく楽しんでいました。

部屋の温度調整が上手く出来ず、少し寒い寒かった。朝食がさみしかった。

ディズニーランドに近く、設備も充分であった。満足しました。

I got what i paid for - the room and nothing else. This is my third stay in Explorers as I had stayed in 2004, 2006 and now 2010 and to be honest, no services exists in this hotel anymore. The room furniture definately needs a revamp and theme needs to be reviewed. I must also be honest to say that the staff were very good and tried there best to make guests welcomed. That is where the service stops!

Room service was really poor and guest had to repeatedly make requests and no feedback from reception. Repeated request for additional pillows, bed sheets or towels are taken but not acted upon till sometimes the following day. It seems the housekeeping dept is only meant for the morning / early evening as nothing gets done after 6pm. I am really sorry for all these complaints as I had fallen in love with Explorers during my previous visits, but I am afraid my last visit will be my last in Explorers. Nearby hotels like Magic and Dream Castle are making conserted efforts at rebranding there hotel so must the Explorers.

The only thing i liked was the indoors swining pool. Kids really enjoyed it .

Unfortuatly , alot . You cant get a bottle of water if its midnight . you wont have your bed sheets regularly , and dont expect alot from house keeping. Staff are not friendly except the immigrants.

We liked the fact it was so near to Disneyland. The shuttle service was very quick and regular. The hotel was themed throughout and there was plenty for the kids to do. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful.

Location close to Disneyland. Swimming pool and childrens play area good. Ample parking and regular shuttle buses

Hotel not clean particularly in the hard to reach areas and surfaces. Access to rooms and restaurant on first floor involves long walk and transfer through 3rd floor. Ask for room on 3rd or 4th floors. Price of food and drinks very high (7 Euros for a large beer!) Take car and use the La Valee Village for restaurants and supermarket.

Reception, parking, location is very, very good, Also personal is OK. Children like design of hotel and swimming pool. So far so good.

There is no consistency with pictures of rooms in interenet and in reality. Very narrow rooms and also very, very very bad isolation of sounds. I could hera everything what is going on in any other rooms :-( Disney park is opened till 10:00 PM, also almost all services (like bar) is opened till 10:00PM - I do not thik that it is right.
