Staff were very nice and helpful also very efficient the rooms were warm and clean nice atmosphere in the hotel! good all round experience Breakfast gets a bit uncomfortable small space and too many people trying to serve themselves drink machine slow!

Simplicity of layout, staff friendlyand helpful, breakfast choice was good. We couldnt access Eurosport and was told by reception it was the fault of Eurosport; but we did notice it was being shown in the downstairs bar. One day there had ben only 1 bath towel left and we had to ask for one. Maybe a few more milk cartons and tea/coffee sachets could have been added to the room + biscuits.

Good room and bathroom, modern and very clean. Tea and coffee provided. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast reasonable and included in price Don't get a room overlooking the station the soundproofing is not good. No restaurant, although several restaurants nearby

near to the city centre, staff very efficient and welcoming, breakfast was copious and a typical continental one Noise, We were facing the station the soundproofing was poor so we were woken several times by fast trains in the night and the coach group making an early start

Rooms very spacious and clean.Breakfast self service with a good selection of continental food. Location very central, but quiet. Couldn't open the windows and the air conditioning was not working properly so it was uncomfortably hot in the rooms.

Room and bath room was clean and comfortable. the hotel was quick easy efficient for the purpose and near the centre of the town and within walking distance of the Carriere Wellington Air con, parking - a deal with the carpark attached could be far better value.Coffee at breakfast was poor, 2 TVs in the Bar area which is very small

Location of the hotel is ideal Cannot open windows in the room!! Air conditioning too loud, so if you switch it off, then the room gets really stuffy and hot and you cant get any air in.

Location The room was very hot and stuffy, what made this worse was that we were unable to open any window, therefore we had a very uncomfortable nights sleep.

Good quality 3 star hotel with helpful staff who spoke English well. Room and bathroom clean and adequately sized, bed comfortable and good breakfast. Central location and easy walk to beautiful town square. Many restaurants in area. Parking under the hotel for 10 euro per night. Also central for drives to ww1 cemeteries.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bar area was open and well worth a visit after dinner and before retiring for the night. And the staff were very helpful, polite and spoke very good English. Thought breakfast could be improved.
