Holiday Inn Express Arras  

Centrally located but still easy (and close) parking facilities.

While part of the concept, no restaurant or snacks. Only drinks at the bar.

Excellent location. Straight opposite train station, short walk to historic centre, lift from underground car park (extra) staight into hotel lobby, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, would definetly use again.

Very convenient as a stopping off place on route to England

Bed was small and very uncomfortable, even though we had been upgraded!

The room was comfortable for a 4 night stay and was cleaned daily and the staff were very polite and always friendly and helpful.

The room was surprisingly large, clean and fresh.

When you come later at night, about 21 o clock, there is no possibility to get some food, a snack or a sandwich....

Convenient underground parking with access to the hotel but costs 10.50 eu per night

Overheated and lacking in any atmosphere. You could be staying anywhere in the world!

Convenietly situated on my journey as a whole and conveniently situated in Arras itself

It was so central to the war graves we wanted to vist lots of musemes and shops .pavement cafes .train and bus link excellant

We have stayed here before and when deciding on a holiday in Arras again, had no hesitation in booking the Holiday Inn Express Arras. The hotel is in a nice quiet location with secure car parking facilities. Lots of good restaurants all within walking distance. We enjoyed everything about the hotel including an excellent breakfast to start the day, it suits our needs perfectly. Thank you.

The bedroom was clean and functional, good bathroom facilities. Breakfast was well presented and of good quality. The ability to park my motorbike in the underground garage gave me peace of mind.

The Staff were very helpful and the rooms were very clean and spacious. It would have been better if there were more English speaking tv channels available and perhaps a cafe for coffee and snacks. The Hotel was in a superb location.

The Hotel was experiencing great difficulty with the air conditioning and I understand there were a lot of complaints about it. The rooms were so hot and the windows could not be opened which seemed crazy to me. Also I had to change rooms 3 times due to problems with my door key card system and the noisy air conditioning system but the staff were good about it. The prices of drinks were horrendously expensive and I am sure the hotel lost a lot of business because of this. We only had one drink there and we didn't see anyone else use the bar at all.

For a budget hotel , well relatively budget this was a nice clean hotel.
