The location is very good. There was no heating available although the outside temperature was very low, and the room was very very cold. There was no cold water and no hot water in the shower. I complained but it was only partially fixed and not before 10 AM the next morning, so I missed a seminar at the University of Paris. |

Excellent location for accessing the metro to all parts of Paris, about 30 yds from metro station. Tea/coffee making facility good for the mornings! Breakfast was quite good, included in price, which makes a change. Staff did not seem to communicate between each other. |

the hotel is located right next to the Place D’Italie metro station which gives easy access to all site by metro i wished the hotel was closer to the center and walking distance. |

The staffs are helpful and polite. The facilities are general good. There is a water boiler in the room that we can enjoy some hot drinks in the room. In the lobby there is a vendor machine, a ice maker and a microwave oven. The location is also very good. We can visit the city by bus or underground railway. It is quite near the airport if you planned to go by taxi (46 euros). I think it is very convenient to the travelers. |

perfect position, breakfast, good service; neighbourhood with everything you may need (metro, taxi stand, restaurants, flower shop, shopping center, and much much more). I had an early check-in my room was a bit small - last time was bigger. Internet not quick enough, but not bad. Hot water not working one morning - problem fixed. |

position is perfect; very good breakfast buffet; wifi works very well; room is big enough and bed is very comfortable rooms just a bit noisy during early morning, room and elevator maintenance is not perfect. |

La situation de l'hotel est très pratique. Le confort est correct. Le petit déjeuner est très convenable. L'équipement de la douche laisse à désirer : rideau de douche et mélangeur ne sont pas au niveau d'un 3 étoiles. La chambre près de l'ascenseur étaait un peu bruyante. |

Metro place de italie voor de deur, dichtbij het centre commercial met vele leuke winkels bioscoop om de hoek en lekker eten in China town ook Butte aux cailles is dicht in de buurt ( leuke buurt om te wandelen )met een mooi jugenstyl zwembad. |

Hotel is prima gelegen, net even buiten het drukke centrum van Parijs en perfect bereikbaar met het metrostation voor de deur. Het hotel maakt een beetje slonsige indruk. |

Le positionnement près de la place d'Italie, et la possibilité de laisser ma valise en garde après le check-out. L'ascenseur lent et cahoteux, l'eau chaude insuffisante le matin, la difficulté à se faire ouvrir lorsqu'on rentre tard. |

Dobra lokalizacja bezpośrednio przy stacji metra (3 linie). W pobliżu duże centrum handlowe i wiele restauracji. Pokój nieduży, ale czysty i ze stosunkowo nowym wyposażeniem. Łazienka bez zarzutu. Jak na Paryż niedrogo i ładnie. Śniadania dość ubogie (brak ciepłych dań poza tostami). Czasem był problem z ciepła wodą w godzinach szczytu łazienkowego (pokój na ostatnim 7 piętrze) |

Goed en hoog bed, heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. Gastvrij personeel, zeker de dames die het ontbijt verzorgden. Vlak bij metrostation en winkelcentrum. Goed bereikbaar met de auto. Heel krap liftje waar de auto in moest om in hun prive-garage te kunnen parkeren. |

Hôtel bien situé, avec un parking privatif, petit déjeuner compris très appréciable, personnel acceuillant et agréable. L'état de la chambre très moyen, ça ne vaut pas un 3 étoiles actuel. Pas de carrelage à certain endroit de la salle de bain, la peinture de la chambre très âbimée, la propreté...Pour le moment, j'aurai des difficultées à recommander cet hôtel, peut-être va-t-il être rénové ? |
