Easy to find , clean , a bit noisy at night as close to main north south route. Good breakfast and easy parking . |

Fast, reliable, near major highway, convenient in- and out access. Perfect for "on the road" break. No airconditioning, the room was on the sunny side, and therefore very hot at night. |

It was well situated for the railway station and for the town centre. There was no air conditioning (though a fan was supplied) and unfortunately it was extremely hot weather. The hotel was situated right beside a busy dual carriageway and consequently was very noisy if the window was opened. Therefore we had little sleep. The shower fitment was wonky! |

Nothing. Staff not friendly, rooms (although non smoking rooms) smelt like smoke! We were 3 couples and all the rooms smelt like smoke. |

The room was unclean and very poor quality. I requested a double bed but had two singles and the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. If you do go and need to park do not park in the hotel car park - there is a car park opposite the hotel which will cost you 2 euros for 24 hours - if you stay on a saturday night it was free - didn't cost us a penny!! |

Although the room was small, it was laid out very conveniently. Breakfast was great, and the hotel was a short walk from the Cathedral, square, etc. Parking was secure and available. |

Reims is tourist city so you only need hotel to sleep well and have internert y think the use of internet should be free and upper the room price Many of us are bussines men why not have a channel tv with bussines news for instance the bloomberg may be very good for many executives |

The bed was the ONLY thing nice here! I asked for a triple room and they squeezed a cot in the room next to the 2 other twin beds that were pulled together, leaving NO room at all. The bathroom was dirty and had bodily hairs on the bathroom floor. The room was loud, right next to the road. The parking was confusing and a joke. |

Close proximity to the cathedral, restaurants, and shopping. We loved the city of Reims! The hotel is easy to find right off the major roadway. Parking is very secure. Breakfast was good. The bathroom in our room had black mold above the shower and there was a urine smell in our room. The room is very small. |

Breakfast buffet was ok, Night desk clerk was very sweet young woman who helped me order hotel delivery pizza (ugh). I was told there was a restaurant - I was not told that it is closed both Sat. And Sunday nights, and the closest restaurant to this hotel was about 8 blocks, that I would have to walk (no easy parking near restaurants). In pouring rain and tired by trip, this was huge disappointment. Also, it was adjacent to busy highway. Very noisy. |

Good location - 10 min walk to the cathedral, substantial breakfast, nice room/ The price for hotel parking is 10 euro per day. However public parking is 5 metres from the hotel and is free overnight and during weekend. |

Although situated near the highway, it was to my astonishment very quiet,clean with a good service, fantastic price which included even a very good breakfast, location only "deux pas de la Cathédrale" enables to admire this unique masterwork of our ancestrals a to be the heart of the town. We all enjoyed the stay in this hotel. |

Near the city center. Breakfast included in the price. Excelent relation price/situation The cafeteria was full when we went to have breakfast. The staff did not allow the clients to use the restaurant room by the cafeteria. |
