Tiny room

Comfortable, quiet, well-appointed, with cheerful and efficient staff and good breakfast. Ideally located only a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral and restaurants, and easy to find with spacious on-site parking.

All was fine.

Excellent restaurant, both regarding quality of food and choice,

No kettle in rooms.

Confusing location - there are two ibis reims Centre

We have stayed here many times over the years prior to the change to an Ibis Hotel. I am pleased to say that the hotel looks so much more modern with its new colour scheme and new furnishings. Comfortable beds and decent bedding and towels.

Breakfast! Very little choice and very little food left and we weren't the last ones down! There were at least a dozen other residents who came down to breakfast after us - I have no idea what they ended up eating!

Convenient for overnight stay when travelling from Provence to England. Secure parking. Good wifi

Clean fresh look, and internet access without complication. Also, the restaurant was very pleasant, modest but good menu

Regrettably, the only negative was a rather offhand approach to us after we had finished our main course in the restaurant (which we did enjoy). The restaurant supervisor (Susanah?) appeared to take over from the young waitress (who had been very attentive) that had been serving us, and instead of inviting us to look at the dessert menu, she presented us with our bill. The young and more helpful waitress did not appear again! We were rather taken aback, and thus discouraged, we signed for the bill and left the restaurant.

5 minutes on foot to reach the lovely cathedral and city center

Everything. The bed was large and comfortable. The design was really nice.

It's nearness to motorway and dog friendly.

I would like to leave my dog in the room will I am eating , as at home she is not allowed in the dinning room while I am eating or cooking .she is well behaved and dose not bark when people pass outside our room She is a well trained dog .

Fantastic place to stop over whilst traveling from Uk to the alps. Very comfy bed an fab facilities. Central and perfect with car park straight across road. Great stopover!

The staff were very friendly and we needed somewhere near the A4 as we needed to get to Paris relatively early in the morning. We found the room very clean and comfortable. The hotel's parking was closed and was going to cost 11 euro for the night and because of the closure, we had to park in the public parking opposite and it turned out to be cheaper than the hotel's parking!! Bonus.

Good secure parking facilities.

The rooms where tiny and they neighbours where very loud. Also the suites are on the first floor right next the the motorway.

Lighting totally inadequate... If sitting on couch or using sofa bed there was no light at all, and could not read anywhere except in bed!

On both occasions we stayed at the hotel the the staff managed extremely well to run the hotel so smoothly as the builders were in doing a lot of work which must have made life difficult. We as guests were not in the least bit inconvenienced which says a lot for the competence of the staff and the contractors. Well Done!

The entrance steps and doors are very difficult to negotiate with large or heavy pieces of luggage.

Very easy to find off the motorway. Parking secure at back of hotel. Lovely room, newly refurbished, very good bathroom facilities. Good range of breakfast provided. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location to walk into the city for cathedral, museums, art galleries and nightlife, (restaurants, bars). The refurbishment work is ongoing at this hotel but we did not find it intrusive, noisy or inconvenient in any way. We would stay at this hotel again.

Paying for parking on hotel property. I think parking should be free if I am staying in the hotel.

Great location - Just 5 mins. walk from Cathedral, 20 mins. from train station and about 10 mins from dozens of restaurants, shops and trams. Also a lovely canal walk and a few nice parks.

The breakfast room felt a little crammed as they were undergoing renovations when we visited so we were in what I assume is normally a conference room... which was a little annoying as there was no mention of this when we booked - we only found out from other peoples feedback on the website. and it was a little noisy at times.
