Central position next to station and convenient for the town centre. Beds comfortable and room very clean. Breakfast buffet good with plenty of choice. The lack of air conditioning was very apparent in the hot weather during my stay. Had to have window open which allowed ingress of traffic noise from street below. Not all rooms however gave on to the street.Furthermore, unbeknown to me the hotel debitted the card that I booked with, then took a further payment when I left! Inefficiency or sharp practice??. |

It was fairly centrally located in Amiens and situated adjacent to the railway station. The staff were able to speak English and were most helpful. The room we stayed in was a little cramped ie not much room for two suitcases. |

Very close to the train station and easy walking to centre of town. Receptionist on arrival friendly and helpful. Shabby, marks on the botton of bath, exposed wires in the bathroom, bedroom a depressing brown colour. Outside main door to the reception plant holders with dead flowers and cigarette ends! |

Very convenient location. Parking close and inexpensive. Breakfast good. And the bed had a firm mattress!!! Toilet was stained and needed a good clean. The plug in the sink needed adjustment, and the shower screen leaked badly - the floor ended up very wet. |

The breakfast was excellent and the bed in the room was large and comfortable although the bathroom left alot to be desired (old and brown) The bathroom was old and in a state of general disrepair. The grouting was black and everyhing about it was basic |

Central location, good breakfast, solid "standard" city hotel Area seemed to have people loitering around the front of hotel, but no real issue arising from this - perhaps just to do with being near train station. |

Location was excellent and the room was comfortable. No water when we arrived. No water the following day after mid morning. No water when we left the following day. We understand that there was problem with the water supply but feel that we could have been compensated in some way, especially as we had to then pay for the use of toilets, elsewhere. |

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the breakfast good. The location is also good, with the underground car park a bonus. |

Friendly Hotel staff. Bed with good quality mattrss. Breakfast inclusive in price ( "no fancy add on"). Good location, close to city center, convenient parking facility directly in underneath Commercial center Park garage. Bathroom would need some refurbishing. Slits around bath tub with mouldy silicone, some tiles broken. |

1.- The situation in the city. 2.- An excellent mattress The lift was two days off and from a fourth floor we had to go down using the stairs with a very heavy lugagge. In this kind of situations the hotel should contract help for this hitch. |

Close to railway station and within walking distance to restaurants and shops the fact that the lift was out of order for the three days of our stay meant we had to carry our luggage up to 4th floor we had asked for non smoking when we got to our room it stank of smoke we were given another room on the 5th floor the rooms were very clean and comfortable but there was no air conditioning and we had to climb 80 stairs to get to our room |
