Great position, particularly if you are travelling by train, virtually covered walk way to front door.

Room a little cramped.

Convenient to everything, clean, quiet, reasonably priced, good breakfast included, receptionists helpful and spoke good English.

Nothing I didn't like, it's just a standard chain hotel, so if you're looking for something extraordinary, this is not the place for you. But as somewhere to camp and sleep in between activities, it's fine.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Undergroound parking was nearby and reasonably priced. Close to city centre and easy to find.

Fantastic location immediately next to train station, very clean rooms and the hotel throughout really but the best words must be reserved for your reception staff who were so helpful at getting us checked in and explaining everything to us . Nothing was a problem what so ever. Can't remember her name the young lady who was in reception duty at approximately 7pm French time on 8th November was particularly helpful and had a wonderful manner and smile especially as all of my group myself included were typical British and couldn't speak very much French language . Absolutly fantastic staff . Thank you so much .

I liked that the room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was very good with amazing croissants and french baguettes:)

The fact that there is a one way street around the hotel and if you are a first time visitor, you might find yourself driving around it a few times until you find the place to stop or part your car.

Very central, ideal location, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast facilities were superb

The rooms were slightly small, there was only one power outlet to allow charging of phones etc, and only room for 1 chair

Centrally located and easy to get to sights

Horrendous experience on entering the hotel, to witness a male staff member ( manager) physically attack/kick a young man from behind as he left, who wanted a room for the night. He was disgruntled about the fact that there was no room available due to the flea market being on, but did not deserve that!!! Couldn't wait to get out of the hotel, so much so left without breakfast and before 6am. The whole situation could have been handled in a more professional manner.

The location was superb.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, inclusive breakfast, convenient public parking and a good loaction.

A wider choice of English language television channels would have been nice.

Excellent staff allowed early check-in, very helpful in many other ways include early morning wake-up call. Right next to Railway station Opened up kitchen for early breakfast.

Very friendly, patient and helpful receptionists, excellent communication skills and patience towards people like myself, who only have command of phrasebook French. Good wifi, free and easy to use. Central location next to rail, bus and taxi. I will certainly stay again on a future visit.

The continental 'breakfast', not comparable with Holiday Inn Edinburgh. No bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, black pudding etc, but not really a criticism as this is normal on the 'continent'.

Convenient for shops and restaurants. Parking very convenient.

Stayed two nights at the Holiday Inn in Amiens. On our first night the room was too noisy due an extractor fan outside the window and being next to the lift shaft. Asked for a different room for the second nights stay. The hotel obliged, smaller room but a lot quieter.

This was probably the most convenient hotel we have ever stayed in: close to the railway station and the great places to eat along the river. It was withinwasy waling distance of teh main attractins in Amiens. The staff were very efficient and most helpful when we wanted information. It was a great way to start our tour of France and Belgium. We have recommended it to our travel agent and friends.
