It is right next door to the railway station. If you arrive in the pouring rain you won't get wet. On the other side is Brasseie Jules, a restaurant which will not disappoint. I asked for a quiet room away from the lift and I was given one. I would not envy a guest opposite the lift. If only management could appreciate the relevance of lighting in creating the mood of an establishment. The corridors and I assume all the rooms are clinical flourescent lighting. I felt like I was in a hospital.

Centrally located. Supermarket, parking in the same building. Small room. Simple breakfast. Good for short business stay.

staff and location were very good. breakfast was adequate lighting in the room was poor, whole shower got wet after use, bed awas too soft.

Friendly and efficient. Provided exactually the facilities we needed for our short stay. There was no hot water in the morning. The excuse was that everyone else in the hotel was using the hot water. We did receive a discount in view of the lack of hot water.

Friendly and helpful Reception and Staff. Nice Room with fantastically comfortable bed and bedding. Central location. Convenient underground parking @ e6.00 Per day. Really good buffet breakfast within the room rate. Room was very quiet, clean and well prepared.Liked the provision of tea/coffee/kettle in the room.Excellent value for money. There were not enough plugs in the room, and the lighting which is all the new generation low energy/led is colourless and not strong enough for our old eyes!!!

The Holiday Inn was close to the Amiens rail station, so getting from Paris Nord was easy by train. The staff were prompt, polite, and helpful, the breakfast was good, the room clean and tidy. I'd happily recommend the Holiday Inn to anyone considering a trip to Amiens

Centrally located Having to pay for parking - the hotel does not have any parking. Shower screen was poor thus leading to flooding of the bathroom after a shower!

The friendly staf and comfortable beds! Rooms were clean and quiet. Continental breakfast was great way to start the day. We will recommend this hotel to friends.

nice staff at front desk were freindly and spoke english. i liked that my 8 pound dog was allowed and i liked the breakfast buffet the fresh fruit was good there was no air conditioning and the fan that was provided did not have a cord long enough to place in front of the window so we could not blow in cold air.also the hall ways were not air conditioned and there was no ventaltion. if the doors and windows at both ends of the hallway were left open at night with a fan it would realy help.

Location Only one small lift to cater for all rooms. We were on the 5 floor and lift broke down,we had to carry all our bags up the stairs! Also if you get there and a coach party has just arrived you could be a very long time getting to your room. There were others complaining about the lift as it was very hot and no aircon. Access to the garage is not good when the under ground car park has been locked to which the Hotel has no power over,you have to go out side and down the entrance ramp!! You do not want to stay in this hotel more than one night.

Very central location. Rooms were functional and clean. Special mention to the extremely efficient breakfast waitress who coped with clearing and resetting tables, refreshing the breakfast buffet, repairing the coffee machine all this done single-handed and with a cheerful smile. (And there was a busy coach party in for breakfast)Well done!!

Excellent friendly staff. Good all round cleanliness. Good city centre location at reasonable price Breakfast reasonable Poor services in that hot water failed to work in our room on our last day and could not be repaired

It was easy for access into the sights of the city. All of the doors particularly around the handles require a thorough cleaning . We were initially given a card that was not programmed to allow us to gain access into our room therefore we had to go back down to reception and stand in a queue again.

Ideal location, next to trainstation en very close to the main shopping street. Parking facilities under the hotel. Public car park for only 5 euro for 24h. Friendly staff. The room was quite warm.
