Very good location (close to Palais des Beaux-Arts)

The stuff was unwilling to give us some basic info for the city. Poor breakfast. Generally, not what I expected from a Holiday Inn hotel.

Helpful Staff.

We had a triple room (because it cost less than a double !). It was on the 5th floor with limited space. Ok if you are happy to shuffle around and not in need of dressing space. Far too small for the price. We were told all rooms were tiny.

Very comfortable beds, quiet room, excellent shower.

The washbasin drain was blocked.

*The breakfast area was a bit small which resulted in a rush on the food. The staff couldn't keep up cleaning the tables and supplying food.

It's central location to the Christmas Market was heped by the Hotel having it's own parking facilities. Hotel staff were friendly, proffessional and helpful.

Breakfast on the first day was horrendous with a free for all, food was in short supply and trying to obtain a hot drink was impossible, only one place for both the food and drins, poor layout. Breakfast quantities were small although the second morning there was plenty. My advice is to go to breakfast early to avoid the queues.

Location is great. Less than 5 minute walk to centre and bars. Hotel staff were happy and breakfast was nice.

Bathroom was dated and didn't match the decor of room. Update the bathrooms and the hotel would go from good to great

it is actually quite central but the nice ( more expensive and stylish ) part of town is about a ten minute walk. the problem is the street this hotel is on is a little rough. Its very dirty, lots of litter, some homeless and beggars around and a few doing less desirable things. They should push the mayor to clean up this street. The tonwhall is at the end of the road after all!

Very conveniently located on Republique a couple of stops from Lille Flanders and Lille Europe. Comfortable Rooms although the furniture needs to be replaced

Overall appearance of the hotel is not good. Interior / exterior needs to be revamped very soon

Location. Staff were very helpful generally.

Poor breakfasts: Lack of crockery. Food availability in general very poor/ non existent upto 45 mins before end of breakfast time. Coffee machines very slow in dispensing drinks (very impersonal) . Lack of staff leading to a poor service in dining area. Room was quite noisy(eg from running water and toilet flushing from adjacent rooms, conversations in the corridor - poor sound insulation) Very insufficient room lighting. The "triple room" was a standard, small double room with an additional 'camp-bed' provided - leaving no space at the sides of the bed (wall-to-wall).

Closeness to the centre and easiness to visit the "Braderie de Lille"

Price too high for quite small rooms, not much choice for breakfast etc.

Location very nice - near the tube, clean, garage in the hotel.
