Useful to have evening meal available, reasonably close to centre,

Too near to girlie club for a family, room rather small and bed dipped in the middle and the edges

Ease of access to city centre.

room was clean and a good size. location very convenient for central Lille. staff at reception helpful.

quality of food and replenishment at breakfast poor. overall standard lower than price suggests

Prima hotel. Lekker bed! Slechts voor één nacht verbleven voor de jaarlijkse braderie. Vooral de hulp van het personeel was welkom! Ik had nl. wel een parkeerplaats gereserveerd, maar kon hier geen gebruik van maken omdat de volgende dag de straat zou zijn afgesloten. Ik hoefde het bedrag niet te betalen en ze verwezen me naar een prima parkeerplaats.

Important for us was the underground parking.....Good central location

Very practical, no surprises, well located for a short visit to Lille city centre with underground parking facilities.

Impossible to find a staircase from the underground car park to the hotel when the lift was stuck between floors (fortunately without me in it!). A fire exit took me outside between the hotel & another building. Resulting in me banging on the hotel restaurant window until someone could let me in through a fire exit - not a great experience.

There is no conditioning in the room which means we had to open the window at night as it was really hot. The hotel's court has an incredible echo that brought and multiplied the sounds from the neighbouring street. We had no chance to sleep during the night listening to the people getting out of clubs and creating so much noise.

It was friendly and accessible, with reasonable facilities for parking, and all the facilities we needed

The hotel parking was expensive, so we chose to park on the street

I General the hotel was great, Night Porter very helpfull. the Location was absolutely ideal for seeing Lille.

We had an ants nest in our room and were woken by them crawling all over us. The Receptionist seemed to accept this as normal! with just a shrug of her shoulders and wrote a note about it.
