We liked the proximity of the centre of the city. It was quiet, practical, hotel staff was nice (bonus point for the warm reception). Though the hotel has no luxury, is not a fancy hotel. I recommend it on this base, not because it was fantastic, just good for the price and the utility we had of it. |

Very practical, no surprises, well located for a short visit to Lille city centre with underground parking facilities. Impossible to find a staircase from the underground car park to the hotel when the lift was stuck between floors (fortunately without me in it!). A fire exit took me outside between the hotel & another building. Resulting in me banging on the hotel restaurant window until someone could let me in through a fire exit - not a great experience. |

The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and pleasant surroundings Yes, we did not like being charged 12 Euros for a day's parking when due to riots at Calais we arrived at 11.30pm! |

There is no conditioning in the room which means we had to open the window at night as it was really hot. The hotel's court has an incredible echo that brought and multiplied the sounds from the neighbouring street. We had no chance to sleep during the night listening to the people getting out of clubs and creating so much noise. |

the night manager was very nice when i checked in and he was very help full when i checked out therefore all in all it was excellent hotel staff. yes the breakfast was not good or upto standard what it should be like, i am sorry to say that but that is the fact. hope you will not mind and would take my suggestion in a positive manner. |

It was friendly and accessible, with reasonable facilities for parking, and all the facilities we needed The hotel parking was expensive, so we chose to park on the street |

Excellent central location, very clean and nice room, tea and coffee making, really good breakfast, very good and secure car park Cutains didn't cover full length of window so privacy when getting changed was an issue and lightness in morning |

I General the hotel was great, Night Porter very helpfull. the Location was absolutely ideal for seeing Lille. We had an ants nest in our room and were woken by them crawling all over us. The Receptionist seemed to accept this as normal! with just a shrug of her shoulders and wrote a note about it. |

The helpful staff who had a terrible "tool" to work with . You should make it clear to customers when they book the vast difference between hotels under the banner Holiday Inn .We stayed the night before in Coquelles Holiday Inn and were terribly disappointed in Lille . Size of rooms , uncomfortable bed , lack of facilities , poky bathroom , very very bad value for money . Hotel was lucky to have such polite , helpful staff who were really embarrassed by the hotel and the difference between Holiday Inn hotels . |

Cleanliness of room and comfort of beds. Good buffet breakfast. Helpful and polite staff. Fixtures and fittings broken - general feel of needing a refurbishment. Sleep disturbed every night by drunken vagrants who hang around the vicinity of the hotel in large numbers. |

Staff very good. Secure parking, although car park very tight. Room on the small side, rather dusty. Bathroom not very nice. Bath base very worn. Also location is in a rough end of town, and we suffered from excessive late night noise sounded like some one was having a disco outside our room at 4.00 am!! |
