I loved the friendly staff, the offers awarded to me and how willing they were to help, no matter what question I asked

I asked for a double, got a twin. No biggy though. just pushed them together

The hotel is located central, nicly treated by the staff, good brakefast.

Hotel look to require some updating. Everything is getting a bit old.

Parking, efficient staff and clean, simple bedroom. Perfect for a short stay.

I think the staff was really lovely and helpful . I was by myself and i felt at home. thank you

Hotel was clean comfortable and provided a good breakfast,with very friendly staff.It was also very well located for exploring Lille.

Booked a flying visit for 2 nights and I cannot praise the hotel enough. It was clean, in an excellent location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. What more can I say except hopefully coming back later this year for a longer stay. Thank you so much.

Buffet breakfast always very good and the staff are always so helpful. Wherever possible we always stay in a holiday inn as they offer good value for money

No courtyard for smoking. Had to smoke infront of the building on the street.

the parking facility, the staff, very very friendly. But in comparison with a low price hotel? too expensive. We probably paid a fair price but over 70 euro is too much.

the hotel is over heated and breakfast even though included was just a breakfast so and so. Very crowded. No warm eggs etc. in the summer too warm as no airco.A lot of noise during the night from other people 4 am.? Rooms are very small, compare with Formule 1 (without toilet and shower though) and Premier Classe

City Centre location. Ideal for a visit to the centre in our case to see the christmas market and lights both of which were excellent

Car parking was difficult (limited space) Breakfast was very busy

Great location. Comfortable rooms.value for money. Comfy bed. Extra pillows available. Can come and go as you please. Place to leave cases after checkout. Good breakfast times.

Rooms too hot. Bar closes too early. Breakfast ran out when hotel was busy. Coffee at breakfast was awful!

We have stayed here before because it is in a very good position to explore the city. Though it is getting to look alittle dated, we always have a very pleasant time with you. many thanks.

It was very convenient for the city centre and had it's own parking.

The lighting in the bedroom was poor. Although it had spotlights over the beds and desk the rest of the room was quite gloomy.

Idearly situated for both the old and the new (parts of the city).Lots of resteraunts to choose from with a very friendly atmosphere.

Very difficult to find, but this is not the hotels fault

It had it own car park, was easy to get to with sat nav. And close to where we wanted to go. Good restaurant (Thai) very nearby.

Location is good. Close to the Museum of Fine Arts and a 10 minute walk to town center.

Internet did not work in the hotel. Big disappointment because I had chosen it over less expensive hotels because of the free wifi advertised.

The room was a little smelly when we arrived, soon solved by spraying a littler perfume!
