new hotel, very clean, good location for people need to get the train, 10 min walk to tgv station.very nice staff, good restraunt

The staff was very welcoming; in particular, they allowed me to use an unused meeting room to assemble my bike, which I very much appreciated.

The wifi signal in my room was so weak that I had to come down to the lobby to access the Internet on my computer: a minor inconvenience, no biggie.

The hotel was very poor compared to any 3 star hotel we have stayed around europe..They charged us 15 more euros than the final amount of our booking reservation (which included tax and city taxes) without us using any charged facilities or receiving breakfast..?Unfortunately I noticed this after checking out in the car,so I am still left wondering why..No refrigerator in the room.Ventillation system extremely noisy..

paper says restaurant closes at 23h but it closes at 22h30 breakfast regular and pricy for 12euros, they take advantage of the location i think

A clean and efficient hotel near the tgv station. Convenient services, good location, free wifi.

Not really close enough (half a mile away) to walk to the station with luggage.

Great having tea and coffee making facilities. Makes such a difference but hard to get in France.

The staff was helpful and attended to our complain immediately. Our concern was the toilet seat was broken and the same day it was fixed.

The toilet bowl was yellowish and needs thorough cleaning.

Good location, good restaurant, clean and comfortable. Perfect for our trip which included renting a car for trips to the surrounding towns and villages.

We stayed five nights and the room was fairly spacious, quiet, and the bed was super-comfortable. I appreciated the ability to make hot beverages in the room (water boiler and coffee and tea provided), and the ice machine in the lobby. Parking was very secure, as they close the gates at night and you need a room key to open the gates. Another reviewer mentioned the shopping center "across the street" -- but it is actually about a quarter mile away, and not easy to walk to.

Wish it had an in-room fridge or even a mini-bar.

The location is great, easy to take a bus into the walled city of Avignon. We would definitely recommend NOT taking your car. Lots of parking at hotel.

All the hotels we have stayed at in France, including an apt. We rented for a week on the Riviera, have really not been up to the cleanliness standards we are used to. Not one that we have stayed at, except a Best Western, were really bad.

WiFi reception was non existent in room. A connection could be made in the lobby but it was very unstable.

Close to the TGV station Restaurant was pretty good

First room was freezing - couldn't adjust the thermostat and the fan ran full speed no matter what setting we tried. We got moved to a second room that was a bit warmer and we could keep the fan on low but it was still cooler than we like and there is no way to just shut it off or force it to heat instead of cool.

I arrived at Kyriad hot, sweaty an tired after a full day travelling. The greeting was friendly and welcoming and I was delighted to find a complimentary bottle of water in my room. Sometimes it is the little touches that make things shine. The room was extremely clean and well set out. Was great to have coffee making facilities. More than 2 little milks would have been great though. The bed was amazing, like a cloud to sleep on. I walked from the train station and the hotel was easy to find and it was a pleasant walk on wide, sunny footpaths even lugging a huge suitcase! Was easy to get to the town on a bus from over the road. Busses go every 20 minutes and costs 1,30 euro. I had dinner both nights at the restaurant and found the food great and service friendly.

The pillows could do with replacing. They were flat and lumpy and seemed very old. Definitely detracted from the amazing bed.

这间靠近TGV车站，门口有环线车到CENTRE下，也就是到古城，但是单程要1欧，建议还是住古城内吧

friendly, helpful service from reception, good food in the restaurant, clean & comfortable room, short bus ride into town.

The hotel is close to the TGV station, which is what we needed as we were hiring a car there.

There were some parts of the room that had clearly not been cleaned properly.

Very easy access to Avignon TGV, but quiet, clean. Two choices of restaurant. The cheaper of two had excellent food and service.

Used hotel as overnight stop in transit to another holiday location. Great for that. Evening meal in restaurant good quality, not too expensive. Buffet breakfast good. Multi lingual staff at reception. Town centre - the part worth seeing is about 4 Kim's from hotel but bus stop close by hotel.

A little out of town, but bus stop across road very easy and cheap to get into town. Taxi back in the evening about 20E.Hotel clean, quiet and relaxed.Nice reception friendly staff.We had a car so car parking very useful and easy.Good value.
