Fasthotel La Rochelle  

There was nothing I liked about The Fst hotel, except to say it was in a nice quiet area with easy walking to the nearby marina though one would need a car to get into La Rachelle itself.

Sorry we we did not like the Fast Hotel at all. We thought the room was tiny. The base of the bed was just short of touching the opposite wall. The room was clean but very very basic and uninviting, far from cosy. We were going to be out all day for the two days we were staying so we wished to feel confortable in the evenings, perhaps in front of the tv - By the way this and none of the 5 hotels we stayed in France had English channels. We had travelled across Spain (better basic hotels) this was our 2nd stop in France. The previous hotel in Carcasonne had been an Etap which is basic but the room was at least a respectable size, clean and cosy so this one was a bit of a shock. We like a room we can relax and feel comfortable in. We asked The Reception for a better room but she said she had already offered us the best !! Therefore we requested to see their sister hotel across the Courtyard: The Quality Hotel. It was 99 euro per night but we were very tired so we did not want to start looking for something else. However, it was beautiful. Tea & Coffee making facilities, a beautiful power shower and big area for the large washbasin with heated towel rail. The wc was in a different room with remote control for intimate washing facilities, a wc and bidet all in one. A sunny large balcony and the most comfy large bed one could sleep in !! This came at a 49 euro per night more than the Fast Hotel so we were surprised that we had to share the same breakfast room and facilities which were sparce in the choice and items missing not replenished fast enough - excuse the pun. There was only one plain tea bag - the rest were fruit or herbal - therefore I asked for another one to be advised they had no more. I would say shop around before booking The Fast Hotel.

Hotel was a convenient stop-off on the way to the south of France. 3 nights Near La Rochelle. Cycling.

Accueil personnalisé. Renseignements détaillés. Prestations excellentes. Très bon séjour de 2 nuits dans le quartier des Minimes, proche du port des minimes, de restaurants, des écoles et facs. Accès au centre ville par bateau bus (15mns), ou par ligne de bus (10mns).

c'est le même style qu'un 1ère classe donc insonorisation nulle....

Les chambres non isolées, le petit déjeuner sommaire, le comfort, la taille de la salle de bain..

La chambre était très confortable avec le personnel de l hotel de bon conseil pour visité la ville

Entendre les voisins à travers les murs et durant toute la nuit... Rien de particulier pour un deux étoile. Il est vrais que la réception de l hôtel a été refaite mais ce n' est que la façade... une sorte de cache lisère bien fait! Qu'on ouvre mon colis reçu par la poste et que surtout on ne me prévient pas!

-La saleté des housses de lit -la salle de bain nettoyée qu'une seule fois durant mon séjour. -Je n'ai eu le droit qu'aux serviettes de bain propre et le tapis de sol était en option. - Chambre beaucoup trop petite et très bruyante - Lit très inconfortable, à ne pas conseiller pour les mal de dos - J ai reçu un colis qui à été ouvert alors que j'en donne mon autorisation De plus je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié le fait que durant mon séjour le montant de ma facture soit prélevée directement sur ma carte bleu sans que j'en donne l'autorisation. J'ai l'impression de m'être fait VOLER, et qu'on a fouillé dans mes poches!!! Merci pour la confiance que vous accordez à vos clients!!!

Quality hotel:très belle chambre,propre et confortable avec videos à la demande et un thème par chambre,très bonne idée,personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Le spa,une occasion supplémentaire pour se détendre!Merci

Le prix est trop élevé" 73 euros" pour la prestation fournie. La chambre triple est trop petite. Quant à la salle d'eau, n'est parlons pas!!!!! Bref, trop cher pur ce que c'est

Nickel, jamais vu un fast hotel de cette qualité. Bravo. Et la vad en plus... Merci.

Toujours le même probleme de douche mais c'est partout pareil.
