Clean, well-run establishment

Not very convenient location for arriving by public transport - hidden away in a modern commercial trading estate, well out of city centre, and although close to tram line, about 15 mins walk to nearest tram stop.

Very good value for money with a very pleasant breakfast area

The Hotel staff were very friendly and it is close to resturants, which were within easy walking distance.

We used the hotel as a stop over on our way home from holiday, and would use it again.

It was cheap

It wasn't very clean

Isolated a long way from main town, would not choose a fast hotel again

Fast Check In

It was unfortunate that a wedding party was staying there at the same time. These people returned at 03:00 Hrs and made such a row, the room above ours was used as a meeting place and we had three people talking until 5:00 hrs. The insulation for noise was poor. I think that staff at the hotel should have asked people to respect others. Although the room was no smoking it smelt like an ashtray. If all the people used the rooms to sleep and were resectful of other people, not smoke in rooms then it was ok. The bed was comfortable and the toilet/shower pod was great. Good for overnight stop if you were fortunate to have respectful people.

The check in and out times were perfect! We were doing a long drive and it didn't matter if we arrived a bit off schedule and we didn't have to leave until midday, whereas most other hotels want you to have left by 10.

In our room we only recieved one set of towels - a hand towel and a bath towel but there was two of us sharing the room. Other than that everything was fine.

Cross-dressers staying there - getting dressed and leaving with a lot of noise - vehicles getting in and out throughout the night - no remote for the airconditioner

Convenient location and cheap but limited facilities and very basic.

No air con in room (not working). no toiletries in shower room so make sure you bring your own !

Très bon accueil. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. Chambres non fumeurs mais cendriers disponibles juste devant les chambres qui donnent sur l'extérieur. Très bonne réception wi-fi dans la chambre.

Chambre et salle de bain toutes petites en comparaison avec d'autres hôtels de même gamme (Ptit dej hotel, b&B...). Une seule serviette pour une chambre double, nous avons dû en réclamer une seconde. Très mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres, nous nous sommes endormis au son de la conversation de la chambre voisine... Escaliers et couloirs en bois, qui résonnent aussi dans la chambre. Une seule prise de courant, c'est un peu juste pour recharger à la fois pc et téléphone portable, ou bien il faut prévoir une prise multiple.
