This modern hotel is located within walking distance of the center of town, between Annecy, its lake and the ski resorts of the Aravis Mountain area. At the confluence of the Fier and Nom rivers, Thones, dominated by the Tournette mountains, is the gateway to the pre Alps and the capital of Reblochon cheese area. From the hotel you can easily explore this charming little town at the foot of the mountains. Fasthotel Relais Thones features 30 comfortable rooms, including rooms for the disabled. After a ten - hours ride by car my friend and I received a warm welcome by the hotelmanager Philippe! A polite French man speking English - wau !!! and even German!! The room was quiet and clean and so it guaranteed a full relaxation! The next trip to France for sure we will stop by and say hello to Philippe!!!

The young lady receptionist was a delightful person,extremely helpful and spoke excellent English.The hotel was a good cheaper alternative than staying in the more costly town of Annecy. A supermarket was very conveniently located next door. Rooms were a little small and the toilet was tiny. One bumped ones head on the door trying to sit down!!!

This hotel suited us for our travels. The disabled facility room more than matched our expectations. The host is there only for a few hours but we were welcomed and given information we required. Supermarket next door and village not far away. Recommended

La propreté de la chambre, sa situation géographique (proche gare routière) l'hôtel en général j'ai vraiment apprécié Dommage qu'il n'y aie pas de navette pour les stations de ski (la clusaz ou la croix fry) j'étais à pieds, venue en train...

Wifi Gratuit et illimité. Parking vaste et gratuit devant la chambre. Petit déjeuner très diversifié et à volonté. Pas de restauration sur place et le dimanche soir sur Thônes il m'a été très difficile de trouver un restaurant.

Hotel bien situé et très sympa, sur le principe du motel américain. Petit déjeuner copieux. L'accueil est excellent, il est très rare de rencontrer une telle qualité relationnelle dans des hôtels de cette gamme. L'isolation phonique fait défaut.
