After a ten - hours ride by car my friend and I received a warm welcome by the hotelmanager Philippe! A polite French man speking English - wau !!! and even German!! The room was quiet and clean and so it guaranteed a full relaxation! The next trip to France for sure we will stop by and say hello to Philippe!!!

This hotel suited us for our travels. The disabled facility room more than matched our expectations. The host is there only for a few hours but we were welcomed and given information we required. Supermarket next door and village not far away. Recommended

L'accès facile à l'entrée de la ville, La liberté d'accès à la chambre, La disponibilité du personnel après 22h quand problème, Le calme à l'extérieur. Dessus de lit tâché, Bruit continuel d'une pompe tout au long du séjour, 5mn pour obtenir de l'eau chaude à la salle de bain le matin à 7h, Le verrouillage intérieur de la porte d'entrée de notre chambre ne semblait pas fiable.

Le personnel et sa réactivité. Le manque de confort, le manque de tranquillité, le prix surévalué, le mauvais fonctionnement de la climatisation, la mauvaise qualité des sanitaires (digne d'un formule 1). Bref, le prix n'est pas justifié, et merci le mal de dos, les nuits fraîches et mouvementées par manque d'isolation phonique et thermique!!!!!

Calme Je n'ai pas aimé : Ne pas avoir de bouilloire pour une tisane ou un thé. Et surtout devoir payer un tarif plus onéreux via booking.com pour une chambre trois lits alors que l'hôtel ne fait pas de différence entre la chambre deux ou trois lits (au prix deux lits).

Un excellent acceuil !!! chambre tres propre avec sdb et wc séparé. Grand lit tres confortable. Vraiment surprise du rapport qualité prix.La region est superbe et nous n'etions vraiment pas tres loin d'Annecy. Le petit dejeuner est bon et copieux mais le café etait infame!!!! Mais c'est vriament un détail!!!
