Rooms dark and small but biggest problem was ventilation / security. Only way to have any air was to leave window wide open (no catch to retain window partly open and no shutter) which was dangerous on ground floor. |

A typical French budget hotel it was clean tidy l, the staff were friendly and excellent value for money. Ideal for overnight stays when transiting north to south in France and vice versa. The hotel is difficult to locate, The address on the web site is misleading, it is in fact just off D619 behind the Total garage which is opposite the airport |

Particularly the dinner, the steak was cooked to perfection and the meal good value for money. Staff were helpful. The vulnerabilty of the car parking being open to 'open' ground. The window could not be opened because it had been screwed closed, presumably for the same reason. |

The restaurant was good value, people were friendly. Difficully of finding it! google maps sent us to the wrong address which was about 6 kms away. It would be good if this could be flagged up on the web site - ie make sure you are in the right town not in some residential area down the road! |

Clean, tidy and comfortable. Helpful staff. Disappointed the restaurant,which we wanted to make use of, was closed on the weekend. This was not mentioned on the website. Clearer directions to the hotel are needed. |

Rapport qualité-prix très correct pour l'hôtel, ainsi que le restaurant. Personnel aimable. Salle de bain petite. Mais pour le prix, rien à dire. |

Lors de la réservation, il n'ya pas de demande préalable "chambre fumeur ou non furmeur". N'ayant pas le choix lors de la remise des clés, j'ai été contraint de prendre une chambre fumeur. Vraiment une horreur! |

Le style de l hotel la façon comment les chambres son faites. Ca fait petit chalet c'est sympa ! le lit confortable.la télé c'était écran plat. Bien situé.salle de bain propre malgrès l odeur . la chambre bien grande pour le prix . La nuit et le matin,lorsque l on est en rd chaussé c'est énormément bruyant.les pas resonne vraiment fort et pourtant j habite en cité et j' ai l habitude du bruit des voisins.la chambre n°34 ds la douche ca puai les egout et la chambre avait été très mal aspirée. |

Chambre désuette et service réduit : pas de changement de savon et de serviette . chaines télévision limitées pas de couvertures pour le lit .Robinetterie défaillante et odeur de siphon prononcée dans toute la chambre. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cette hôtel |

Het bed sliep tegen alle verwachtingen in, fantastisch... Kamer erg klein, en de badkamer schrikbarend klein. Met twee personen kan je niet tegelijk gebruik maken van de douche en het toilet...Bij thuiskomst bleek het personeel ook de kamer tweemaal te hebben afgeschreven van mijn rekening ! |

L'hôtel a été facile à trouver avec les indications gps. L'accueil jusqu'à minuit est un bon point. Pour notre part, il s'agissait simplement d'une halte sur notre route vers Paris. Manque peut être d'aération, les chambres sentent le "renfermé". Il n'y a pas la possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres des chambres pour la nuit car elles sont pratiquement toutes accessibles par l'extérieur. |

la tranquilité à partir de 22 heures malgré un manque d'insonorisation par rapport aux autres chambres. 1 matin pas de service de petit déjeuner. Le personnel devait être endormi!!!! |

Ho apprrezzato: wi-fi gratuito, economicità, tre sedie a disposizione, telvisione. Scarsa pulizia, costruzione dell'hotel con materiali scadenti, federe dei cuscini evidentemente sporche. |

L'accueil du personnel est chaleureux. Le petit déjeuné est à volonté. La sonorisation est particulièrement exécrable. L'odeur dans les chambres n'est pas très accueillante. |

L'accueil a été excellent. L'hotesse nous a donné une carte de Troyes et nous a conseillé un itinéraire pour nous rendre aux magasins d'usines et en centre ville. La salle de bain est vraiement minuscule |
