Easy reach for the metro and main line stations no frills roof over your head hotel but good breakfast

In a word this hotel is dreadful Whoever assigned 3 stars to this hotel should be made to stay there for a week. I would recommend booking,com remove this hotel from their list Chris Australia

The location was very good for the Eurostar and also had a metro station very close by which allowed us to get to most places in 15-20 minutes. The staff were very helpful, as I was running the marathon they catered for all of my needs. The beds were comfortable! Supplied luggage storage before and after check-in. Beautiful breakfast bar.

As much as the location was very good, the area isn't the best. The lift was broken on our visit. Some finishings were dated (Not really a bad point, but don't expect gold leaf artwork).

The hotel is located just few steps away from the Gare du Nord (north exit). The price is really affordable. The room was clean and was made all the two days of my stay at the hotel. The room is good for one person.

The room is really cozy, small bathroom, and the isolation of te rooms is really poor - I could almost hear the breathing of the people in the room next to mine. The breakfast area is really small and I did never managed to have breakfast because plenty of people were there.

Very small room. And someone used my hair-gel that was left in bathroom. Disgusting, that's a shame...

In need of modernisation, rooms very very hot with no means to switch off the heating. We have to open the windows and then you had loud traffic noise from the streets

Nothing at all not one redeeming factor.

.... how this hotel can be described as 3 star is beyond me.. Lift is the same size as a single wardrobe I have never seen a lift like it. From front to back it is about 20 inches ...put a suitcase in and only one slim person can get in.. My child was to frightened to get in it..it would be like getting into a locked cupboard . so we had to use stairs. Totally claustrophobic a large person literally could not get in this lift ..how would they get to 6th floor. Ditto the shower cubicle size wise.... A disgace of a hotel in a civilised city. Also the mattress on the childs bed had springs poking through it.. Beyond belief that hotels this bad still exist.

Room was to hot no way to turn the heating down Air con blew hot air No tea making facilities Bathroom to small expecially when on the toliet looks like Its been squeezed in Breakfast very basic roll ham cheese cerel yoghurt no fruit toast etc Having to go to another location down the road once checked in

Rooms very clean, great quality of matress, pillows and sheets. Very close to La Chapelle metro station and Gare du Nord, so extremely convenient.

It´s separated in two different buildings.

1. Good location. Close to tube station. 2. Stylish decoration. 3. Air condition with heater!!! 4. The counters are very kind and do their best to keep you feel like home.

1.Very small room and lift. 2. Location of the street are creepy! Not suitable for single ladies.

There was a loud annoying noise in the room, coming from the ceiling, like there was water passing through old pipe work, we asked for a change of room but the only two available had the same problem! We had to spend a night, bearing with the noise all the night. The next day we were given another room for the rest of our stay and it was better. We were not offered any reimbursement not even an apologise for the inconvenience. We were told the breakfast was included but in the end of the stay we were asked to pay for breakfast! The rooms are very small!

The standard was acceptable for a 3-star hotel. Very clean, comfortable bed, powerful and modern shower. Temperature of room perfect. Nice breakfast (cereal, bread/croissants/ cheese, eggs, ham, yogurt, etc). Just 8-10 min walk from Gare du Nord and just 2 mins from Chapelle metro station. 15-20 walk from Montmatre.

Rooms a bit cramped (old Parisian building), tiny lift (just one person with luggage) and small bathroom. Not good for overweight people! No English speaking channels on TV. No tea/coffee facilities. Needed a mirror in my room.
