SPACIOUS ROOM GOOD LOCATION
POOR WIFI ROOM MAITAINANCE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER
Good hotel in close proximity to station and buses. Rooms clean but small. Breakfast is available upon request. Staff friendly. Would stay there again.
Lift is very small. And the area could be a little intimidating. Room small for 3, very very cosy.
Good location...very close to Gare Du Nord Eurostar Terminal
- Very small rooms, small bathroom - Smelly corridors - Very poor wifi signal.Hardly could open any website
Neighborhood- Sketchy Building- Poorly Kept Room- Thin Walls, Not Clean, Cigarette Odors
The position is perfect, specially if arriving from London by Eurostar. Just 5 min to Notredam by underground. The room was quiet clean and renewed. Good price/quality ratio.
A member of the staff offered us 2 tickets for the Louvre museum, we initially refused. Next day It happened to know the museum was closed.
My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights in November while we were sightseeing. The hotel is very well situated about 5 minutes walk from Gard Du Nord and La Chapelle Metro. It is in an area of Indian restaurants and clothes shops but is not at all intimidating; in fact it is very friendly and interesting. The hotel is split in to several buildings and our room was in the section about 5 doors away from the main hotel, where breakfast was served which could have been a problem. The Hotel staff were very friendly and there was a small left luggage room where I put my suitcase after I had checked out and had one last wander to Montmartre. The bed itself was very comfortable and the pillows were great. Would use again but would insist on a room in the main hotel and on the ground floor
The room was very small and even though I had asked for twin beds, there was a double. The TV was huge (but no English News station) and the shower was hot and powerful, albeit the bathroom itself was small and did smell of damp - I think because the shower doors did not close properly. There was no in room coffee facilities but there was a coffee machine downstairs in the small seating area. The two main problems were the noise (from other guests in the hotel) and the fact that we got stuck in the lift on the first day !! The alarm button did not work and luckily I had my phone so I could call through to the main reception and they came and let us out after about 10 minutes. We didn't risk it again.
Close to Train station
Room is quite small
The people was good.
Isn't enough cleaning.
Very basic hotel in an awful location!!! Gangs of men hanging around the street drinking cans of beer. Very intimating walking in the area at night!! My advice avoid this hotel and stay as close to the river as possible!!
- Friendly staff - Very clean room - Very close to La Chapelle metro station - Close to Gare Du Nord metro station - Very comfortable bed & pillow - Can leave your luggage as much as you can after check out - Can buy cheaper tickets for Disneyland
- Bad neighbourhood - Poor wifi - Small room - Can hear guests next door - Air conditioner not working
Absolutely nothing, staying there ruined our special trip to Paris and Disneyland for my daughter's birthday.
Everything. The rooms were tiny, the shower awful. The attitude of the staff was appalling. The room we booked was not available to us on our first night and the manageress' attitude to our feelings was a joke. If I hadn't been upset, I would have laughed, she was ridiculous, but mostly arrogant, condescending and unsympathetic.
Comfortable bed, quiet, warm room in October, clean bathroom, overall cheap but clean. Excellent location near to La Chappelle metro, and walking distance to Gare du Nord. I had not expected breakfast to be included with our roombooking, but was pleasantly surprised to find that it was. Is a small buffet breakfast, continental style, reasonable for the price.
Misinformation about the timings of breakfast - the sign in the room said 10:30, and one of the breakfast staff people turned us away at 10 (the other person on another day was completely different, happy for us to stay till 11am). Lift didn't work on the last day, which meant climbing and descending 6 floors with luggage. Phone didn't work when family were trying to ring in from UK - I had to come all the way downstairs, outside, down the street to go to reception to receive the call.
Rooms were not ready at 2.00pm kept us waiting over45 mins. They messed up our pre-booked family rooms and split the family into 3 box size rooms. Breakfast was lousy, just eat croissants chocolate du pain or nothing. intercom didn't work any problems, see if you can find a receptionist
It was cheap, and near the railway stations.
In the first room, the door lock didn't work. In the second room, the windows lock didn't work. We choose the second one, but we didn't sleep at all because the traffic and the cold. The choise was our mistake, you do not the same.
The friendly staff and a good breakfast.
I felt that the room I was in needed decorating and perhaps a picture or two on the walls.
So near to a metro station and Gare du Nord is nearby. Soft bed. WiFi reached my room. Free safe. Interesting but compact cellar dining room.
Furniture dirty. Wall sockets a bit dodgy and none by the bed. Very small room - could fall over trying to manoeuvre out of the shower. No kettle or clock. Situated in a slightly downmarket area.
Close to trains and metro
Ridiculously small rooms, views into brick walls and poor bathroom facilities (barely able to have a shower as it switched hot and cold)
Hotel is quite clean.
Hotel advertised as an apartment , it is not an apartment. Area is not very good. It is very dirty, smelly and very few restaurants that had any regular food. Mostly Indian food. There was a smell of urine walking toward the subway station.
Near Gare du Nord
Leak in bathroom Filthy curtains Filthy carpet Staff not bothered Dodgy area
We had to stay 4 doors down from the main hotel. The place was grubby and the stairs was filthy. Our room was on the 4th floor beside the lift and stairs so very noisy. It looked nothing like the pictures. Very dissappointed and got very little sleep. Never ate in hotel so can't comment on breakfast.
Very close to Gare du Nord Train Station so if you're traveling from London to Paris this would be very convenient. Was able to change the thermostat easily. Very convenient location to Metro station La Chapelle. If you're willing to understand the subway station then you can get anywhere from here.
Very small elevator. Dark hallways. Spiral staircase needs to be redone ... looks dirty.
Good location near to metro Breakfast was nice
Lift is not working on our last day.
Rooms are OK.. But beds are worst, smelly n full of bed bugs. Me n my 8 month old were bitten by bugs n couldn't sleep whole night.
Location although not the nicest of areas, it was central and easy to travel to and from.
Not much facilities, rooms and en-suite quite small.
