Set on a quiet street, this 4-star hotel is just 240 yards from the famous Champs Elysées. It offers guest rooms with a Baroque-style décor, equipped with free Wi-Fi access.
Score from 532 reviews Very good
Really great hotel with good service and facilities. Leisure centre in basement was small but fun and empty when we were there.
Slight wait for room to be ready, but we were early and were well catered for whilst waiting. Fairly early check out at 11am.
We liked the pretty decor of the room and very professional and friendly staff
We didn't like the size of the room. We didn't like the shower curtain in the bathtub, but we did like the shower head and water pressure.
Everything was good
friendly and helpfull staff, good location, very clean, and loved the massage spa!!
nothing to dislike - thought some of the reviews were harsh!!
expensive for its average location, much better locations with same price and much spacious are available
The location is excellent near the Grand boulevards of Paris yet feels secluded and quiet. The rooms/beds were very comfortable, nicely appointed and the bathroom was very modern, up to date.
The hotel is really cosy and well cared
The attitude at the reception
Hotel room, food, atmosphere and location was very Parisian and lovely. The best part of this hotel is personnel. Very helpful, easy going, smiling and polite. Not very often you want to come back to same hotels, but this one is worth of coming back.
The problem is not about hotel but about the street it is in. I did'nt notice any bars around but there is small palace in the small square in front of hotel that at night time becomes place for parties for small groups of people and of course it makes noise. You can hear that only if you open the window. Also there are some homeless people sleeping in the street and not very nice views and smells of whats is left after them or after parties... But about hotel itself i can not find any bad words.
The staff were excellent . Complimentary tea and cakes were welcome , we enjoyed the swimming pool and the family room with 2 TVs tea and coffee faculties and complimentary films kept our teenagers chilled after a day out in paris
Breakfast was extra for the stay so we went out to the costa at the end of the road
This is the first time I travelled to Paris and I have lived in Paris for 5 days. Fav art is the second hotel we chose for 4 nights in Paris. It is better than the former one because of its excellent location and its warm service. It is closed to Louvre and Lafayette, walking is ok. Nearby there are super markets and Japanese restaurants.
Quiet street in a good Paris location
Construction work nearby
The hotel is relatively new and all the fixtures and amenities in the room are in excellent shape. The location is in a trendy part of Paris, but not necessarily near any of the sights. The hot tub in the basement is pretty nice.
The hotel is probably not a great deal for the money. I'm a frequent traveling to Europe and probably spend 50 nights in hotels there. The hotel is very nice, but expensive. The rooms are very small (even for European hotel standards). The hotel is also a bit of a far walk to many of the sights in Paris. The location is in a cool neighborhood (if you lived in Paris), but not necessarily near any of the main museums or sights. The last item is that some of the staff were not up to snuff when it comes to service. I had asked for a late check out by one hour. I was told that it would cost half of a night's fee to extend by one hour. I was paying 500 euros/night. They wanted to charge me 250 euros for an hour. I thought this was ridiculous. The other issue is that the don't allow unlimited devices to be connected to the internet. The hotel is nice, but not worth the money.
The decor was lovely, the calm of the square after the busy Paris streets was lovely. We all enjoyed a good night's sleep. We were given rooms next to each other which was important to us.
Staff rather distant although generally very helpful when approached. The rooms are beautiful, but rather small. The breakfast area rather cramped when busy. It is expensive...
Room was made up twice a day, the concierge showed and explained everything well including the tea and coffee making facilitie. Very clost to a lot of main attractions and loafs of places to eat and drink.
Room was a lot smaller than expected and so was the pool. Found our pyjamas and a cleaning cloth together thrown on the floor on our last day when we came back in the afternoon which was a bit disgusting......
This hotel is way out of our usual price range and was part of a gift from a dear friend. So it was a once in a life time experience for us and we are very glad we chose your hotel. It's hard to imagine Paris without La Maison Favart, thank you!
Staff were helpful. Location was great. Rooms were lovely with fantastic amenities, we slept really well. Spa was also a treat.
We arrived early, and our room wasn't ready. However we were able to check in and take our key away with us. It would have been a lovely touch if when we had got back to the hotel later that afternoon, our luggage was already in there (it wasn't). Also spa pool temp could have been warmer.
wifi in room 57 and 56 is really poor it will be nice if hotel would check all alarm clock to be reset between different guests.. we were wake up on sunday at 6:45!! not nice
- Location - Quiet street - Great room - Comfortable beds - Large bathroom - Very clean - Sauna and pool in basement
- Breakfast could be included in rate - Expensive for 4-start hotel - Not possible with late check-out without charges
Most helpful staff Great location
This hotel oozes quality from the moment you are met at the door! Beautifully decorated, superb bedroom and the bathroom was the best we have found worldwide.
We loved the peaceful location, the helpful staff and the overall elegance. We will return.
Self-service coffee at breakfast , a minor complaint . We couldn't quite master the Nespresso machine!
Room was a little small.
The suites are large and well appointed. The staff is friendly and competent. The Metro is a short walke away.
