The staff was very, very nice, helpful and accomodating with us. The hotel has been updated, rooms are attractive and very clean. Location was good. Walking distance to restaurants, markets, shopping, metro and airport buses. It is located in a quiet street, so that one can get a good-night's sleep. I recommend it and will definetely return when visiting Paris.

Very close to Porte Maio Palais De Congress, metro,helpful staff. I forgot my Iphone chargers and they lend me one, actually they have mobile phone chargers for almost every brand. Breakfast is more than I expected with Variety of cheese. Coffee kettle in the room. Small room, small luggage room.

I liked the hotel staff,location. It's near the metro and the market. The free wi-fi is very good. The curtain was torn, but it was changed. The room is small, but it's not a problem.

The room was comfortable and there was free wifi. I couldn't control the heat in the room and my room was far too hot. I then had to open the window but this made the room very noisy. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it said that all rooms had air conditioning however this was not functioning. My rate also included a lunch box each day and this was not offered to me at all.

Warm cosy hotel typical in parametres to Paris style. In walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. Ten minutes to walk to Porte Mailos for/from Paris Beauvais airport. Noise from the street at night

The location is almost on the outside of inner Paris, but still close to Champ Elysee. The nearest metro is only a few steps away and that will take you everywhere. The hotel is close to the congres center, and also the bus to Beauvais, perfect for those traveling with Ryainair. The staff was helpful, spoke english and was always in a good mood. The rooms was not at all small (compared to many other), and gave good comfort. I would stay there again any time. Well, the continental breakfast could be a little less continental. Eating light bread and jam every day gets a bit boring. We were there for christmas, maybe offer a little bit extra for special occasions?

A 1/2 bottle of water for free. One of the walls probably had a water infiltration and was still coloured and stinking as much as the closet that was not usable. The heating system by radiator was either at full steam or basically off. The hotel staf kindly suggested to keep the window open! No Mini bar in the room

The hotel room is small, but clean compared to others I have stayed in. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful during my stay. If you are watching TV, I hope you understand French beacause the BBC is the only English station. This hotel is convienent to the Metro for easy access to the city.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. I wouldn't fault anything and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was ideal for location and was within walking distance to all the attractions. It was very clean and tidy and great value for money. It was that good I am returning in 4 weeks, can't wait. Nothing

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel located on a quiet side street. Good value for money. Breakfast was included and the complementary lunchbox was appreciated. Another hotel with a totally ineffective shower screen beside the bath - making it impossible to shower without soaking the bathroom floor!

We know little French but the Hotel Managers were exceptional. They went above and beyond the call of duty. By far the best all round place we stayed in Europe as part of our extended Trafalgar tour of 8 countries. No complaints at all, far better than we expected in such a busy city.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The buffet breakfast is very good and box lunch that is provided is an nice bonus. The location is very strategic; Metro is closeby and area is quiet. Nothing; would stay there again.
