The staff was very, very nice, helpful and accomodating with us. The hotel has been updated, rooms are attractive and very clean. Location was good. Walking distance to restaurants, markets, shopping, metro and airport buses. It is located in a quiet street, so that one can get a good-night's sleep. I recommend it and will definetely return when visiting Paris.

Rooms were not very sound proof, it was possible to hear people from the other hotel rooms.

I liked the hotel staff,location. It's near the metro and the market. The free wi-fi is very good.

The curtain was torn, but it was changed. The room is small, but it's not a problem.

The room was comfortable and there was free wifi.

I couldn't control the heat in the room and my room was far too hot. I then had to open the window but this made the room very noisy. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it said that all rooms had air conditioning however this was not functioning. My rate also included a lunch box each day and this was not offered to me at all.

Little rooms, as usually in Paris. Nice location. Breakfast finish at 10.30 - for me was not comfortable. Wifi - everywhere.

The hotel room is small, but clean compared to others I have stayed in. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful during my stay. If you are watching TV, I hope you understand French beacause the BBC is the only English station. This hotel is convienent to the Metro for easy access to the city.

Friendly staff, very convenient location to travel to the main tourist attractions.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. I wouldn't fault anything and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was ideal for location and was within walking distance to all the attractions. It was very clean and tidy and great value for money. It was that good I am returning in 4 weeks, can't wait.

We know little French but the Hotel Managers were exceptional. They went above and beyond the call of duty. By far the best all round place we stayed in Europe as part of our extended Trafalgar tour of 8 countries.

No complaints at all, far better than we expected in such a busy city.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and really made us feel welcome. The room, although small, was clean and well kept. The location was perfect for us. It wasn't far from the highway so we didn't have to navigate too many crazy city roads and there was a large parking garage nearby (the hotel stamped our ticket for a reduced rate). Transportation to all the sites was a short walk away. The bagged lunch they provided was great. If we return to Paris, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We really liked everything about this hotel, but if I had to pick something, I would say breakfast selection was small (but typical) and there wasn't much room.

Good location just next to the metro and rer stations, and a 5 minutes walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Quiet street. Helpful and friendly staff. The lunch box: going everywhere with your lunch already in your bag is a big time and money saver, especially in Paris where there are queues for everything and a ham-cheese sandwich easily goes for 12€.

The building and rooms are quite small, but that's something to be expected in Paris. The breakfast is good, but continental; I usually enjoy full breakfast when on vacation, but this was not a big deal thanks to the lunch box. The a/c system didn't seem to react to the a/c controller, and was --judging by the noise coming out of the vents-- always on.
