clean & spacious, and nice staff. Good location. The wall was too thin that I could hear the next door was taking a shower. Despite of "do not disturb" sign by considering eco to save water, they clearned the room. |

Very kind and helpful personnel. Nice breakfasts and useful lunch-boxes that are not common elsewhere. Cleanness! Good location. Much better than other 3-star hotels! I can definitely recommend this hotel to stay in Paris. |

Very friendly service and with a competitive package (drink & lunch package). Had two rooms which could be linked to each other through a third door. Location close to metro and Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast room in the morning a little bit too small for all guests. Elevator needs improvement |

In Paris. Non working internet. Plastic bed linnens (not uncommon for cheaper hotels in Paris). Bed sloping to one side (less common). "Free welcome drink" offered, poining to lobby, only to later charge €7 for it? Said; "Whisky not included, only orange juice, sparkling wine and liquer. Many guests makes this misstake" (smile). |

The location was excellent (we were attending an event at the Palais des Congres) and the staff could not have been more helpful. The free packed lunch when we checked out was very welcome as Paris is vey expensive. Overall great hotel - we would definitely return. |

Good price, quality relation. Nice looking room and bathroom.Good package-deal all together (welcome drink-lunchbag). The employee responsible for serving breakfast was not very customer friendly. I had to ask twice for bread and coffee, what she obviously did not liked. Both products were not available in the breakfast-room. |

Although the room was small and breakfast room also small it was more than adequate for a city break. The staff were outstanding - quite the friendliest I''ve encountered and the picnic lunch they provide (included in room cost) was a real bonus leaving you free to spend more on dinner. Location also very good - just a 10 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the city tour bus stop which takes you everywhere. It is also a short walk from the Airport Bus Terminal. Will certainly use it again. |

The central location suited the purpose for our trip: seeing our niece who lives in the next street. Small rooms; noise from street; cramped breakfast area. |

My sister and i came here for her birthday and both agreed it was by far the best hotel we had ever stayed at. 5 star service with the personal touches of a smaller hotel. We were given a beautiful room perhaps as it was a special occasion - the design and location was lovely and it was looking onto a gorgeous street. Breakfast was fab, had no problems getting a table even though we never got up early. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Also, great touches included - breakfast, wifi, use of the computer, a welcome drink and even a packed lunch when you leave the hotel! The location was perfect - a 5 minute walk from the Champs Elysee and the airport link buses. We will be back! |

- excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms ( although a little bit small ), very helpfull staff - "restaurant " is a one big disaster. Lack of space, no free tables and food ( e.g during breakfast, staff responsible for cleaning go to shop to buy some bread.. ) |

the staff was very helpful and frienly I had a very good stay at the hotel and I liked the shops in front of the hotel which were very cheap comparing with other shops in paris espicially (G20) supermarket I suggest that you buy your drinks from their As many of other hotels in paris the room was small even the breakfast room , one day we had to wait for 10 minutes to get place in the breakfast rom |

Convienent location for the end of the Tour de France as it is close to the Arc de Triomphe. Plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. |
