This converted Bearnaise farm is located in the foothills of the Pyrénées, 4 km south of Monein. It features an outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi access. The Ferme de Candeloup offers air-conditioned rooms which vary in size and décor and they have a private bathroom and views of the vineyards. The hotel is environmentally-friendly and all water heating and climate control systems use alternate energy sources. The Ferme De Candeloup also offers yoga weeks designed for relaxation and well-being, and the nearest ski station is a 30-minute drive away. The setting of Ferme de Candeloup is very peaceful with lovely views of the Pyrenees. The location is ideal for exploring the area from the mountains to the coast. We stayed for three nights and found our room very comfortable with a good selection for breakfast. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing between rooms though this was only a problem for one night when a group of nine with teenagers stayed.

Very helpful and friendly staff and very clean room Bed was too short and as there was a footboard at the bottom of the bed it made sleping quite uncomfortable and we are both only 5ft 8in

We like everything. At the beginning - friendly personal, the location is quiet nice. If you want to be alone - it's the best way, nothing disturbs you. It's even romantica place. Dinner and breakfast were fine, we can advise everybody for calm rest.

un cadre doux, agréable et correct. un accueil gentil. dommage que les propriétaires maîtrisent à peine (voire pas du tout) la langue française (ils sont anglais) ce qui limite considérablement la communication entre eux et leurs clients qui ne sont pas forcément tous anglais...

El entorno es de lo más relajante. El hotel es una delicia. Nos encantó. Por poner algún pero, el desayuno es muy caro. Y que necesitas el coche. El hotel está a 3 km de Monein.

El Tracte del seu propietari, en Roger, ha estat molt cálid I hospitalari, per no parlar del seu gat Billy, una meravella de bitxo entremaliat com ell sol. Les instal.lacions estan perfectes I shi ha tingut cura de tots els detalls. Les habitacions estan decorades amb bon gust I compten amb totes les comoditats. Al bany no hi falta de res. Les cambres són noves de trinca I la veritat és que ens va cridar la atenció la qualitat que s'ofereix a La Ferme de Candeloup en relació al preu I a d'altres llocs que em conegut de França.Una passada d'indret on pensem tornar algun dia, potser amb mainada fins I tot, doncs també hi ha un jardí preciós amb jocs infantils per a ells.Gràcies, Roger!

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooie lokatie met mooie tuin en dito uitzicht. Prijs/kwaliteit uitstekend Nee, maar er is geen lift dus wel zelf je bagage naar boven dragen

El lugar es muy hermosos, asì como toda la zona. Los dueños (ingleses que no hablan màs que inglès) muy atentos y cordiales. Monein es un pueblo muy bonito, asì como su iglesia y el entorno, Cerca de Lourdes y de Pau Mala insonorizaciòn de habitaciones. Habìa un grupo de 15 ingleses que se dedicaban a hacer yoga todo el tiempo y es como que tomaron las instalaciones comunes para su uso personal. Fuera de eso, todo perfecto

La Ferme de Canteloup esta ubicada en la linda y tranquila campiña del Bearn (30 min. de Pau). Los dueños han reconvertido una vieja finca rustica y típica del lugar en un pequeño hotel de 8 habitaciones muy cómodas y agradables. Se puedo consultar en el hotel un librito de fotos que ilustra todas las obras desarrolladas durante años para transformar la finca en hotel moderno. La atención de los dueños ha sido muy buena en toda nuestra estancia. Nuestro niños de 7 y 10 años se han divertido mucho en la piscina y jugando con los 2 niños de los dueños que tenían edades parecidas. La señal de Wifi era débil únicamente utilizable en la sala común (comedor) y no en toda la instalación como decía el anuncio booking.com. Los desayunos eran poco variados únicamente con productos dulces (pues soy diabético). Podrían proponer huevos, quesos y otros productos de la gastronomía local como embutidos ya que esta es muy rica.
