Close to the ferry. Parking was a bit difficult though it was a Bank Holiday weekend.Would prefer closer to centre in future. |

Nice old building; the place is very simple and not luxurious at all, but very clean, large rooms accommodating large parties; and if you like to stay in old house hotels with irregular walls and creative windows this is clearly the better choice than any modern hotel which costs 3times as much. 1 km walking distance to the old town; restaurants/shops (bakery!) very close by. |

Leaving the next day Everything! Didn't open until 2.00p.m. Staff made it clear we were unwelcome. Time warp decor. No hot water.More like a rooming house than a hotel. Had to pay up front, didn't want us to have breakfast. No ine there when we left. Was more than the 300meters from terminal and in the wrong direction. Difficult to find! |

Close to ferry and to town. Good for a one night stay but would not stay there for longer than one night. |

Nothing - it was so bad we had to take a spare blanket out of a cupboard and place it over the window to act as a curtain and prevent an outside street light keeping us awake! It was dirty, closed at 12.30 midday when we arrived so could not check in till after 2. It was way over priced for a very basic room which I would have rated as barely 1 star. |

Friendly and helpful service. Close to the ferry port. Close to intramuros. The hotel is being refurbished, it needs it. I didn't mind though. The price made up for this. It was clean. |

General state of poor repair - exterior and interior tatty appearance - cluttered storage exposed. In the room esp bathroom floor. There was no real 'welcome' or friendliness and help or information from reception staff was minimal; a far from inviting breafast buffet - milk in cardboard carton!; An almost dismissivle attitude as we settled up on departure. Staff unhelpful and cold. |

Shutters kept out noise and light. Staff friendly. Shower curtains were mouldy and water pressure poor, some beds were too small and rooms needed to be redecorated.Corners of carpet dusty. |

The best thing about the hotel was the distance from the ferry port which made it very easy for us to be at the port in plenty of time. We felt that the hotel was very tired and dated and that little effort is made to make it welcoming (dead flowers in the windowboxes outside- not a great first impression) It was clean but a couple of the rooms didn't smell very nice probably due to its proximity to the fish market. I was glad we only had to stay for one night and would not stay there again or recommend it to others. |
