Lovely rooms/appartments, great that the rooms had a self-catering possibility too. Hadn't realised how far off the A40 it was, but it was worth it by the time we got there (40 mins up the mountain) |

Apartment was fair superior to a hotel room and the beds/sofas etc very comfortable. Snow shoe walk was fantastic as was the ability to ski in and out directly from the building Bit too distant from the village and there was a lack of community feel in the apartments. Kitchenette was just too small and with too few facilities to be real self-catering. All rooms were promised a view and we didn't have one. |

This is one of the best ski-hotels I've ever stayed in. The apartments are very spacious and finished to a high standard. Even if the hotel is not in the centre of Flaine, it is only a short walk and the hotel even has a shuttle service for when you feel lazy after a hard day of skiing ... will definelty come back here ! |

The apartment was well appointed and the beds and bedding were comfortable. We liked the heated pool and jacuzzi. The bus service in the evening was very useful and reliable. The ski in and ski out facility was great. No |

Fabulous quality of accommodation. Ski in/out was excellent. Spa centre was also excellent relaxation after a hard day on the piste. A bit of a walk to the resort centre and the shuttle buses not frequent enough. Shame there wasn't a bar in the hotel. |

Poor location, along way form any facilities. Had to use shuttle bus all the time. Lift to alow ski back to hotel shut at 4:30 rather than 5:00 for others so had to finish early. Broken lift on arrival. Leak in apartment. This will only be a good place to stay when all other phases of development are complete and shops and bars are built. |

What I liked most was the amazing price: 135 Euros per night for a junior suite (more than enough for a couple with 2 kids) is almost unbelievable! The suite was excellent, well equipped, the decor very much in taste, the view fantastic. Free drinks (tea, orange juice, etc) next to reception area was an an excellent touch. Big-screen movies for kids (Ice Age, etc - in English! Not too much, really. The hotel could use a small bar - it is strange to see that if you need to drink/eat anything you have to go somewhere else or use the hotel ordering service (eg for breakfast). All in all, one of the best hotels in terms of value for money we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot! |

location, price, rooms all excellent Check in was complete chaos. Rooms should have been available from 5pm but everyone had to wait in the lobby until 8pm at least, with no proper explanation or information. However, once in the room, our stay was really good and staff were pleasant and quite helpful. Steam room, pool and sauna not hot. |
